In response to eeetime
Any sort of girdle at all comes 0FF before I get into position.
It stays OFF until I am reasonably certain the ENTIRE enema is out
Then I will put the girdle on for the rest of the day to sort of push everything back in, so that no more of the distention becomes permanent.
Those days when I DO go into the office, or when I have to do a video conference that involves standing at a white board, I wear a strong Retro 1950s Rago OBG When we go out to something formal, I have that and a corset I can wear.
I have lighter panty girdles for wearing to things like neighborhood picnics, or garden parties.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD I EVEN CONSIDER WEARING A GIRDLE DURING AN ENEMA!!
If I didn't want a thorough cleansing of my large intestine I would not even consider an enema.
The purpose of an enema is to be as thorough as possible as to moving the poop out.
Most of my enemas are 3-qt, a few are two quart. Sometimes I have to do a 4-qt but not often.
A girdle would certainly have a negative impact on retention time.
Retention is both the most challenging part of the enema, and at the same time the most important part for thoroughness.
Given my other responsibilities in life, I can't afford lack of thoroughness.
Also, most of my enemas are taken in the morning, with the first round getting injected just about the same time as I would be putting the girdle on if I was going to the office!
