Yep, it comes out easy, i even flipped it arround, so the front is in, which has a larger flange.

I've used latex DBCs for enemas for years and they really work well, especially when I'm up in the 4-5 quart range which I enjoy and try for long retentions around an hour or more.

Have you bought or used an inflatable enema butt plug (not required to vibrate) which is if good quality and lasts a reasonable length of time?
