Here’s some more colon tube advice that I sent to a girl today.
First, make sure that you are using the right size tubing. I use 3/8 INSIDE DIAMETER, with a WALL THICKNESS of 1/8 of an inch. The tube is slightly bigger around than your finger. The brand that I use is called KENT LATEX. It comes in 50 foot rolls, and the size is clearly marked on the side of the box.
Don’t get giant tubing. You’re still a little girl yet, so stay away from the giant stuff. Also, a WALL THICKNESS of 3/32 is slightly softer, and will flex more easily. Try that too.
Next, make sure that the end seam is pushed INSIDE the end of the tube, NOT OUTSIDE. Use the alcohol, like I said. When you get done, your tube should be completely smooth on the end, with a smooth rounded tip that will not catch on your intestine.
Make the side port small, smaller than the size of a pea. Cut it carefully, with sharp scissors. Put just the very edge of the side of the tubing in the scissor blades. As a beginner, practice cutting the side port BEFORE you even make the rolled end. Once you are good at cutting tiny side ports in your tubing, then cut off all that practice tubing, and start making your colon tube.
OK, now once you have a workable tube, get some cooking oil. The cheapest brand is fine. Get a bulb syringe and a small funnel too.
Now, insert the tube into your rectum, and advance it as far as it will go. Then, stop. Next insert the funnel into the end of your tube, and pour in a few ounces of oil. You should NOT be hooked up to the enema bag yet. Just insert the plain tube, DRY, into your rectum.
OK, now, once you have poured a SMALL amount of oil (a shot glass full) in the funnel, hold the tube up and let the oil trickle down through the tube, and into your rectum.
Lie on the floor, flat on your back. You can lie near a wall, so that you can put your legs up against the wall, if you need to.
OK, now that your rectum is filled with oil, pull the tube BACK slightly, and try to insert it further in. Because BOTH your rectum and the tube are slippery with oil, it should go in smoothly. If it catches on anything, pull back and wiggle it around a little.
In no time at all, you will feel the tube making it’s way up your left side, above your hip bone.
Push your fingers gently into your abdomen, and you will actually be able to feel the tip of the tube. Massage it around, when it gets stuck on something.
Add more oil every foot of insertion, or when the tube is stuck.
You’ll feel the tube slide all the way up your left side, right below your rib cage. Then, it will turn, and slide over to your right side. That area is the hardest part, because the intestine runs along your liver.
Massage the tube. Use oil. And, gently push it further in.
It will go all the way down to your lower right side, right above your hip bone. Now, you are at the end of your large intestine, right near your appendix! For now, don’t go any further.
OK, another thing that will help is to take a douche bulb and remove the white nozzle. Screw in an enema plug with a connector for a hose.
You wanna be able to squirt big puffs of air through the colon tube.
That will do two things. First, it will push the oil inside of you. And second, it will make a sound and you’ll feel pressure from the air inside of you. You will be able to push on your belly, and feel EXACTLY where the tip of the tube is inside of you. Push in your belly with your hand, as you squirt the air. You’ll FEEL it!
When you feel the end of the tube, massage it around, as you gently advance it inside of you.
Don’t pump yourself full of air, and try to hold it. Pull the squeeze bulb out of the colon tube, and let the air come back out.
A big puff of air will also help to get the tube unstuck too, because it will blow up the intestine at the area where it’s stuck.
Remember, use the air squeezes to FIND the end of tube inside of you. Also to push the oil into you. And, last to blow up the intestine, so that the tube gets unstuck.
The squeeze bulb should be BIG, at least as big as a douche bulb.
Next, cooking oil will SOFTEN your tube. A brand-new tube is a little stiff. Soak it in oil, to make it softer!
Work the tube gently in until your air puffer tells you that it’s right at your appendix. Go on the internet, and look at a diagram of the large intestine.
Once the tube is in, tie it to your leg, or your ass, right near your rectum. You can use surgical tape, or a latex band, like they use for drawing blood.
I like the latex band, because it doesn’t leave residue on the colon tube, like tape does.
Now, with the tube tied tight and inserted all the way inside of you, you are free to start your enema. Keep the tube in, and expel around the side of it. The tube can stay in until you’re done with the enemas.
Let your intestine expel the tube on it’s own.
If it feels like the TUBE is STUCK inside of you, don’t panic.
That is simply your intestine gripping it, and holding it tight. In a moment or so, it will relax and you can slide the tube back out.
You always want to avoid any pain as you insert the tube. A little bit of pressure or minor pushing is OK. But, DON’T push hard and cause severe pain or anything. You should NEVER feel more than gentle pressure inside your intestine as you insert the tube.
Lube it up with oil. Squirt some air. And, do massage. DON’T force it in when it hurts. Instead, it should slide in gently!
Take it easy, and have fun!
Once you get the colon tube part down, you can place a miniature vibrator in the end of it. Now, you can easily feel the exact location of the tube, just from the vibrations.
I’ll explain that part later!
And then, I'll explain how to make an inflatable RETENTION device that goes around the tube, once it's all the way inside of you.
Now, the end is at your appendix. Plus, the inflation device is in your rectum, sealing any liquid inside!
Best of all possible situations!
