Spanking groups and sites seem to come and go. Perhaps I lose track of them. I do think Canadians have far more strap experience, in school and out, than we do down here. At a school i attended in England, male & female pupils had to collect the strap from the school secretary and take it to the headteachers office, naybe this is what is referred to. Yes, she wrote about other strappings and she was strapped several times herself. The story was so unbelievable I thought she must be making it up. However, I decided it was a different age, a different country and on balance was likely true.

The email accounts are fairly long. I've found and had a look at several and will give a brief account of one here. Too long to copy and paste really.

The Au Pair's name was Wendy.

“Getting the strap” was a common punishment in Scottish schools. The strap was known as a tawse, a strip of leather divided into 2 or 3 tails at the end.
