In my experience since becoming partially incontinent in 2010 through no choice or falt of my own disposable diapers are the best and here's why.
Type: Disposable Diapers
Advantages: more comfortable and absorbent, easier to change in and out of relatively quickly easy to readjust and to tighten up if nessisary handy pack sizes and instructions and the biggest advantage is there's no needles or pins to contend with and easier to conceal than cloth diapers.
Disadvantages: Not as breathable as cloth, Tags although adjustable do break or tear off, More risk of developing diaper rash, the cost they are expensive to keep buying all of the time and in some cases are not so easy to get a hold of from pharmacies without a perscription, stigmas they are seen as not as environmentally friendly.
Type: Cloth Diapers
Advantages: They cost less and are readily avaible without a perscription, they are seen as much more environmentally friendly so less stigmatisum is attached to wearing them, easy to reuse and wash afterwerds.
Disadvantages: Pins or needles for fastening up so Unless yours pro you keep getting nipped or pinched by the pins or fastening needles, Rash is actually worse because they are not as absorbent so tend to keep wetness or mess in them for longer, chaffing they tend to rub more against the skin and this is not a good thing, Not as easy to conceal so the risk of discovery if placed in the wash at hotels is much greater and this can be very potentially embarrasing if you don't want everyone to know that you wear diapers, they don't come in handy pack sizes unlike disposable ones, if you have allergies cloth is worser than if your in disposable diapers in general.
Anyway these are my reviews of both types of diapers and are based on my personal preferences if I have left anything out or maybe offended anyone please let me know so I can modify this post/reply.
Yours sincerly
