.... --I am 67, and able to get erect for as long or often as i want--that was not true 4 years ago before I started semen retention. I have experienced a rue blissful state when masturbating or having sex for a long time, edging, getting close several times and backing off, and eventually reaching a high level or pleasure that feels like surfing on a high, on a full body orgasm--it actually feels better than ejaculating, which is over in ten seconds or so. It has also changed my whole focus in sex--the goal is not to ejaculate, but to feel pleasure (and give extended pleasure if I am having sex with my wife). I would never ever go back to the old way!
There is some inconsistency in some of your statements ...
Two weeks ago in 3 posts, you said you were 68!

.
Also you have previously said you do not have sex with your wife, but activity is limited to hand jobs.

.... I love watching hand jobs--probably because that is all my wife will do sexually for the last ten years or so. ....
.
In your post you also said -
and able to get erect for as long or often as i want--that was not true 4 years ago before I started semen retention.
You forgot to say that your erections are weak but strengthened by chemical help, which you have previously stated -

I am 68. I had ED 7 years ago, and they discovered a pituitary brain tumor that lowered my testosterone and raised my prolactin. I now take testosterone therapy every day, and used to use Viagra but prefer Cialis. I take Cialis 5 mg daily (love those morning erections every day again!) and 20 mg if i am having sex--they make my erections harder, even though I can get a weaker erection without it.
So is your ability to have erections whenever you want and for as long as you want due to
a) semen retention, or
b) the testosterone therapy and taking Cialis?
I can accept that you follow alternative sexual practices if that's what works for you, but I'm wondering if we can trust what you say about it if your statements about your age, your medication, and what you tell of the state of your physical relationship with your wife are this inconsistent.
What are we supposed to think?
