There aren't hard and fast rules about it. Some get hard, some get fast.

I think that it is impossible to determine who gains greater pleasure from any activity. I can only know how much pleasure I can get. I can hear other people telling me about their pleasures, but I can't really KNOW it.

I suspect that men and momen can both derive a great deal of pleasure from the enema experience. It may be a bit different in quality but the quantity is the same!

Unless you had a 'pleasure meter', it would be difficult to state who derives greater pleasure from an enema. A woman has two orifices below the naval that can be stimulated, whereas a man has only one. Since we men do not have that choice which orifice gets stimulated, we may therefore take greater pleasure with the only one we have.

I'm inclined to agree with Helga. I think the biggest deterrent to the rest of us knowing about how many women feel about using enemas or other similar stimulation is that many women just don't talk about it, either person to person or on sites such is this. Ok, I'll jump in here for a minute. It is my thought that more women will enjoy an enema from a man, vs. the opposite direction.

I've shared enemas with my wife in the late 70s/early80s, and she was definitely on the receiving end, more so than myself. After our marriage, if I found an enemate, the woman typically liked to receive; there were not a lot of switches in the 80s to 90s.

I think men are more noticeable. bear with me. Enemas use to be used very commonly a few years ago.
