However, to a large extent, the fetish transcends gender preferences for me. I'd be equally happy to be the patient of a male, or female, doctor (though I wouldn't have sex with / fellate a guy, which I appreciate would understandably be an issue for a lot of fellas!).

Well, pinkp, if a fella has issues with a patient not having sex with him or fellating him then thats his problem and, perhaps, being a playdoc is not an appropriate 'occupation' for him. I would only disagree with you on one point - it is not 'understandable' for him to have those issues, if such intimate contact is not appreciated!
The fact that you're a lesbian is similarly not an issue for a genuine playdoc. I see patients of either sex and sexual orientation and my only aim is to conduct a top to toe examination and administer whatever (if any) 'treatments' the patient might desire. Such 'treatments' might move into a sexual arena but the operative words are 'the patient might desire'.
We've had a couple of PM exchanges in which you were kind enough to comment favourably on my ethos in the scene. My services are at the disposal of you, or anyone else, without any sexual requirements at all, if thats whats required.
