Does gender matter to you when it comes to medfet?

I am a female. Men are great in the context of medfet especially if both the patient and doctor are male. Females are great too. To me, gender doesn't really matter...it is ultimately about the power dynamic even though men subs can increase the supposed embarrassment of it all. I would play with both men and women, have dated men and have the capacity to date men, but would ultimately prefer a woman if it is anything more than medfet, spanking, piss play and so on. I would definitely prefer to play medfet with women (both ways), just as I only want women sexually. I can't see anything sexy in men. It is okay for me to share experiences, photos and so on with men. Unfortunately, it is my experience that men "slobber" more to it, and then I am go completely cold.

Elise88 - A very thoughtful question you pose. I'm happy as a male playdoc to see either male or female or couples.

The only qualification I have is that in the context of 'treatment' after my usual top to toe examination I'm able to 'do more' with a female, simply because they can be multi-orgasmic whereas a male most often is unable to continue further after orgasm. I have, on occasion, seen men who could orgasm again after a rest but they are few.

As far as the examination part is concerned I am able to inspect and test as many areas of a male as a female, substituting perhaps prostate massage for a speculum check and testicular checks for labia palpation.

For me as a female patient, gender does matter. I can only imagine to play with male doctors. I can`t think about playing with a female doc, it just wouldn`t feek right although in real life I have a female gyn and feel very comfortable with it. But it is as always you can`t compare real life and play.

This topic of gender is so provocative. Trust is an important factor in any relationship: sexual, clinical, or otherwise. Trust takes time so all of us have to be patient (no pun intended) with our partners, friends, possibilities, etc. In a "real-world" situation I prefer a female doctor because she understands me more completely as a whole person. I fantasize about examining women which always surprises me because I am heterosexual. Oddly enough, however, I've only examined men in real life. I am male. Medfet play is a very sexual thing for me, being that I am hetero, men do not excite me in any fashion. In a medfet play situation it is the woman that is part of the excitement for me. In addition, it is not a power issue that excites me, it is that there is someone of the opposite gender that is sharing and exploring with me and going together towards a common goal for both of us that is stimulating. 😃

Upon reflection, I imagine the reason for this is that for me the sexual and sensual excitement is derived from the (caring) control and authority of the doctor and associated medical environment, rather than the gender of the doctor him/her self. Man or woman, so long as he or she authoratitive, knowledgable, and striking a taltilising balance between compassion and stern control, the frisson of arousal will always be present, regardless of gender.

Well, pinkp, if a fella has issues with a patient not having sex with him or fellating him then thats his problem and, perhaps, being a playdoc is not an appropriate 'occupation' for him. I would only disagree with you on one point - it is not 'understandable' for him to have those issues, if such intimate contact is not appreciated!

The fact that you're a lesbian is similarly not an issue for a genuine playdoc. I see patients of either sex and sexual orientation and my only aim is to conduct a top to toe examination and administer whatever (if any) 'treatments' the patient might desire. Such 'treatments' might move into a sexual arena but the operative words are 'the patient might desire'.

Gender doesn't matter that much to me. I enjoy examining males as well as females. For me the one issue is the power and control aspect of medplay. Gender has no effect on the power exchange or who's in control. As a patient, I can be as comfortable with a male examining me as a woman. In real life, my primary doctor and my urologist are both females. I have found in reality, women seem to provide a more holistic view of medicine and sees me not just as a sinus infection, but as a person with a sinus infection.
