Does Gender Matter in PLAY Exams

The TLDR for me is gender isn't much a factor.

Long answer: When I first really was looking to engage in fetish play, I was only looking at female partners. I had a number of male crushes, but really suppressed that side of me, having not really processed what being bisexual was or even being able to accept it. I had a couple of cursory experiences with female romantic partners in my late teens and early twenties, but nothing that was a full on medical fetish play.

I had my first male play exam when I was 21 as a patient, and it proved to be a great and fulfilling experience on the one hand. On the other hand, I had a lot of shame around allowing another guy to make me orgasm. Eventually enough time had passed where I accepted the situation a little more, and had a number of medical fetish experiences with guys since, all as the patient. I've had a few experiences with female partners as well, mostly in the play doctor role. Both have ultimately been fulfilling.

Now in my early 30s I've matured enough to accept being bi and started to desire more playing the doc role with male and female patients. I'll always be a patient at heart, but gender of the patient or play doc isn't particularly important to me, more so that they get turned on by the experience.

I'm going to say a qualified yes. Part of the appeal of MedFet for me is the 'forced' exposure. It feels more uncomfortable to be forced to expose yourself to a man than to another woman so it would be missing that element. That being said, I could get past that for the right person. I've not played with a woman as an adult in a MedFet space. I'd be willing to under the right circumstances with the right person.

For me, gender on the play exam is very important. I don't want to examine men and being examined by men on play exams. In real life I would prefer to being examined by a woman doctor, but I know I cannot decide on it every time.

Great question! I'm male, but prefer to be examined by a female, although i have had a couple very good exams from male doctors. I have noticed that female doctors are sometimes more nuturing which i like. If I was in a doctor role, I would strictly want the patient to be female.
