I’m mostly in your boat Mads with solutions but looking over the Zity discussions a few have caught my interest.
Cayenne pepper around a teaspoon boiled in water and then filtered and added to a quart or two appears to be soothing, relaxing, and adds just a little touch of warmth. Sounds interesting. I have not tried but is on my list.
A few weeks ago I did this and found it quite different and all together fun and enjoyable.

I found this one too I want to try posted below. I can’t recall who posted it but I cut and pasted the details in a note on my phone for future use I wanted to try something more thick to see how it felt. Hence the yogurt implant I did.
“Mix 4 parts warm creamy coconut milk with 1 part warm aloe vera juice and 2 parts warm chamomile tea. That's it... enjoy. ^_^
NOW PAY ATTENTION BECAUSE THIS IS WHERE PEOPLE SCREW IT UP:
THE KEY TO THIS ENTIRE MIXTURE IS THAT YOU KEEP IT BETWEEN 98-112F (36-44C) This keeps it just slightly warmer than body temp and makes it very soothing and as it cools to body temp it becomes barely noticeable. Oh, also I find that you don't need very much of this mixture to do the trick, 1-3 pints tops.
TIP: Now the coconut cream is usually pretty thick, but sometimes the tea will water it down (which is why I make a small dose of super concentrated tea). If it becomes watered down you can easily thicken it again with 1/2-1 part corn starch, which I usually add anyway because I like mine thick. :😃
NOURISHING ADDITIVES: To benefit even more from this mixture I will sometimes add to it 2 medium size dollops of fresh room temp yogurt (homemade is best as it has fresh bacterial cultures - the good kind) and about 1/2-1 ounce of olive oil. These two small additions super boost the mixture making it now relaxing, nourishing, nutrient, and restorative of the natural cultures.”
I love the idea of others planning this too!!
Happy adventures!
