This thread has been here for 4 years, and the answers have been repeated multiple times, younger generations are mostly on social media platforms, fetlife, reddit, blue sky, furraffinity for the furries.

Medfet is niche, always has been, but just a few weeks ago I was at a medfet event at our local BDSM venue and it was packed, plenty of younger people (venue is 21+), lots of queer people of varying genders.

Medfet is still a thing people explore in real life, but everything changes, you go on social media and its monster fucking novels, or inflation furry art or something.

Living in the south west, there are only two Play Doctors,

( might be one now ) I know of , do not understand why there is not more as there is a lot of interest in people wanting to have a full medical Examination

I am 20 and love getting physicals! I wrote up a detailed account of a exam I got (the blog post on my profile). If I can find more doctors like that, I will try to get exams from them. I got lucky with that one though

I think also physicals have changed. There’s often no nudity. Often no breast or genital exams of any kind unless indicated for some reason. Self assessments for tanner staging. Self swabbing for stds. Body parts are only exposed as needed and only briefly. Gowns are universal. All parents leave the room starting at 11 or 12. That is very different than the kinds of exams all gnerations older than Gen Z experienced (not saying this is universal I just know the guidelines have dramatically changed). So I think our experiences really informed our medfet whereas today those experiences are much less common
