When Dr. Sharp had finished speaking, Laura very slowly stood from the chair, gently rubbing her backside and making obvious grimacing facial expressions as the sudden, intense pain in her hips and butt caught her by surprise. Once again the doctor sympathetically sensed her discomfort, and as he extended his hand assured her, "the soreness from the shots will ease up soon. I know that really hurt a lot, and I'm sorry we had to do it; but unfortunately it was necessary."

When she was finally standing erect, Laura shook the doctor's hand and responded, "I’m sure it was, and thanks for always taking such good care of me. I really appreciate it." She then gathered her paperwork and taking small, stiff and deliberate steps walked to the door.

As she was walking out of his office, the doctor reminded Laura, "If you need anything at all, don't hesitate to call us. Let's get you feeling better real soon."

Jo was standing at the nurse's station and as Laura approached the desk said to her, "On your way out be sure to stop by the receptionist's desk and schedule your follow-up visit in ten days. You can also set up a time for the day after tomorrow to come in and get your first dose of B12 and training on how to administer the shots."

"I will," Laura replied, "in fact, as crazy as it sounds, I've heard so many people talk about how good taking B12 shots makes them feel, I'm really looking forward to trying it."

"Then I'll see you in a couple of days," the nurse continued. "Take care of yourself and I hope you get to feeling better."

"I sure hope so, and thanks," Laura said as she walked through the door leading to the outer waiting area.

Before leaving the office she made her requisite stop at the receptionist window to schedule her next appointments. After receiving the reminder cards, she left the building and walked towards her car.

Crossing the parking lot proved to be a slow and painful task. Despite Laura's best attempts to maintain an inconspicuous gait, she caught herself taking small, deliberate steps and rubbing her hips - both good indicators to anyone watching that her appointment with the doctor had ended with this young lady having a very sore behind.

As she drove away, Laura began to mentally replay the events that had taken place at the doctor's office today. Her mind was running at light speed as she tried to process the myriad of different emotions she had experienced. She tried to comprehend the new awareness of her own submissive feelings and desires she realized as a result of her examination and treatment.

Totally unknown to the doctor and nurse, today's medical procedures had caused Laura to further realize and accept her love for submissive role-play, and intensified her desire for more. It had also opened her imagination to many new ideas, toys, and scenarios by which she and Matt could share the excitement and intimacy of controlled discipline and medical fetish role-play. She was envisioning many highly erotic playtime opportunities. After her required stop at the pharmacy, Laura phoned Matt:

"Well the crud I've had was just getting worse, and I felt so bad this morning I thought I should go get some medicine."......

"Well, let’s just say I had a very interesting appointment with the doctor today."......

"Yea, I'm gonna' be fine, but it turns out I really am pretty ill."......

"What made it interesting? Well, on top of an unexpected, embarrassing exam, I had my temperature taken in my bottom with a big, extra long thermometer, got two suppositories, and on top of all that I got six shots in the butt! I'm quite sure you would have enjoyed watching."......

"Yea, I said six, six shots in the booty, six big, very painful shots."......

"Dang right I cried, each one hurt really bad; and NO, smart-ass, I didn't get a lollipop!"......

"My ass feels raw and hurts terribly all over; plus it's throbbing and burns like fire. But despite the pain, it also feels amazing and satisfying at the same time, if you catch my drift."......

"Oh yea, sweetie, my butt is definitely gonna' need lots of sweet rubbing and kissing tonight."......

"Now whatever do you mean, was I a bad girl at the doctor's office today?"......

"No, I didn't kick and scream, or try to run away from the nurse, or hit anybody."......

"Do you honestly think I could ever be bad enough to need punishing? Now we both know that would never happen," Laura replied with a devious laugh. ......

"By the way, the doctor gave me a list of things I have to do at home for a while and I'm gonna' need your help with most of them."......

"No, I'll tell you when I see you tonight; but let's just say that I don't think you'll mind helping me one bit. I had to stop by the pharmacy and get a couple of prescriptions filled and a bunch of other things."......

"Not quite, I have one more stop to make before I get there; I have to run by a toy store."......

"No, silly, it's not my nephew's birthday, and I don't mean that kind of toy store. More like a toy store for grown-ups."......

"No, doophus, I'm not going to a sporting goods store either."......

"Well, duhhh, I meant to get your curiosity up."......

"OK, here's a tease for you - I'm going to pick up some things that we'll both have alot of fun with, and that you can use on your most favorite part of my body."......

"Don't ask questions, I'll tell you later."......

"By the way, are you gonna' fix dinner, or do you want me to pick up something?"......

"OK, that sounds great. I'll see you in a little bit. Oh,and plan on a very late evening, we have a bunch of things to talk about and I have a few things to show you. And remember my butts gonna' need a lot of loving and petting."......

"Let's just say we are both in for a very good time, and we’re both gonna’ have a lot of fun for the next several days."......

Laura pulled into a parking space at the "Over 18 Boutique", and as she got out of her car with a big smile on her face, said to Matt, "I love you too baby, see you real soon, bye."

I really hope you have enjoyed my book. As you can tell. I've left the story open for possible future explorations of Matt and Laura's dom/sub relationship in many different scenarios; plus I can see following Laura's follow-up visits with the doctor, among other possibilities.
