With the little instructions I was given from the 2 girls I was almost free for any procedure I wanted to do on them. Both had to submit to more or less any exam I decide as necessary and their demand of not doing something was not allowed.

So, I decided to set 2 save words. One if Manon really does not want a procedure to be done and one to stop the whole process.

Now I gave a cup to Manon and told her to give a urine sample. She looked at me as if she did not understand. So, I explained that a comprehensive gyn exam starts with the urine sample which allows not only to detect any disease of the urine tract but to empty her bladder before the pelvic exam.

She took the cup and went to the restroom next door. She was back after only one minute with the full cup.

I took the cup and asked her to get undressed for the breast exam. While she disrobed I took a test strip and dropped it into the cup. The test strip showed fine she, did not have any issues on this side.

I poured the urine into the sink, threw the cup away and washed my hands.

Now I turned around, Manon had taken off her T-shirt and bra, both laid on the chair where she was sitting before. I asked her to come closer to me so I can start with the exam.

First, I did a visual inspection with her arms on either side hanging down. Then I asked her to raise her arms high in the air and once again looked at her breasts. She had C-sized, well formed breasts, the left was slightly bigger than the right. Both were regular and I did not see any abnormality. Then I allowed her to bring her arms down to her sides again. I told her that I will now feel her right breast and afterwards the left. I started as my real gynaecologist has taught me. I started at the lymph nots and went in circles to the aureola.

It felt strange to me to do it on someone else. I have done it hundreds of times to me, but never to anyone else.

Then I did the same to the other breast. Her breasts are still very firm, that makes me think of when I was younger.

I asked her if she did self-breast exams and she said yes. She told me that her gynaecologist had taught her to do it. She said that she does self-exams every now and then but not on a regularly basis. I told her, as I was taught, to do it every month just when her period is finished.

Now I asked her to lay on the exam chair so I can exam again her breasts in laying position. She installed her on the exam table, leaving her feet hanging over the edge. I adjusted the table so she laid completely flat.

Then I asked her to put her right arm over her head, what she did. Once again, I touched her right breast to feel for any lumps. Arriving at the nipple I pinched it to see if any milk comes out. She immediately flinched and asked me to stop but I explained that this was the procedure to make sure there is no issue.

After that I asked her to exchange the arms an put the left arm over her head. She complied and I repeated the breast exam on her left side. Again, I pinched her nipple before I finished. Again, she flinched. Now I asked her to put both arms to her side. I then again looked at her to search for any little difference. As I did not find anything I squeezed both breasts to milk her as I did after having my babies. She was completely surprised but did not say anything.

By now I told her the beast exam is finished and that she can get up. As soon as she stood beside me I told her that we now take her weight ant height.

The office of my playdoc is a well-equipped medical office since it is in a house that was formerly used by a real doctor.

She went on the scale which came up to 52kg. Then I processed to measure her on the same scale. I found 1,62m.

I wrote my findings on my interview sheet and told to get changed so we can do the pelvic exam.
