We took a seat at the desk. I asked Manon what she wanted me to do with Cloé. She explained to me that she never had a play exam and that theses exams where the idea of Cloé.

She told me that she did not know at all what to expect but she would like her to have an exam as real as possible. “Start with a breast exam in different positions, Cloé likes having her breasts knitted. Then do a thorough pelvic exam with pap smear and smears for sexual transmitted diseases. After this you can do a bi-manual and a rectovaginal exam. If Cloé askes to stop tell her that it is a mandatory exam and that you have to do your job”. I told her ok but are you sure that she is ok with this instruction, to what she answered; “It is her who brought us here and made me undergo these exams so she will accept as I do.”

That was the moment I shifted to the interview of Manon. I started the history taking which I did with a form prepared by my playdoc.

I was right with my estimated age, she just turned 25. I asked her for her general health history. She was a healthy girl that had never been in hospital and never had any severe injuries or health issues. She has had her first period at 11 and the last just one week ago.

Her experience with gynaecologists was fairly short. She told me that she had been first to a gyno at her 16 as her mother put pressure on her to submit to it. After that she went 2 other times to renew her birth control pills and once for a yeast infection.

I asked her about her sexual live. She explained that she was completely crazy for a guy when she was 16 (that’s why her mother sent her to the gyno) but he was very rough with her and they split up after 2 years. From then up to meet Cloé some months ago she never had any other sexual experience.

She explained that Cloé is very gentle with her and that she never ever wants to be touched in a rough way. She made clear that she will submit to all exams Cloé has scheduled but only if they are done in a comprehensive way and not rough. One other condition was sat from her: no one else except for her and me in the exam room and no photographs or videos. I assured her that I will not take any photo. I told her to wait here at the desk and that I will go and get the owner of the room so he can assure us that there was no camera in this room. I went upstairs to fetch my playdoc. He descended with me to the exam room. Manon was still sitting on her chair at the desk. He assured us that there was effectively no camera in the room. He has one but he only installs it when the play partners ask for it. Upon that I thanked him and asked him to leave.

Manon was satisfied and said that she was ok for the exam to start.
