Dan’s reaction was wow! You have an exam table with knee crutches. What do you do with that? Dan I call them sessions, not classes. I only do them if both parties are virgins. So the result is in front of you, a medical room complete with an exam table and many other medical instruments. So what exactly do you do in your sessions Dan asked? Well the first thing I do is asked them to take off all their clothes. And how does that go over said Dan. Usually the girl will scream out something like What? And a lot of times the boy will say I am not getting naked in front of you. That immediately tells me they did not read the Disclosure and Consent form that they signed. It clearly states that they will be nude for the entire session. So how do you handle that asked Dan. I tell them again that it is a demonstrative session which requires them to be nude. they ask to discuss it privately and I either leave the room or they go to the living room to discuss it. Most come back and say they will take the course. Some leave and I give them back their money. How much do you charge ask Dan. Two hundred dollars and the session last about 4 hours.

Dan asked about the Disclosure and Consent form. I told him I developed it after the first couple. It clearly states that they will be nude the entire time and I will be teaching them about their anatomy. So what happens when they read it ask Dan. Well only a few read it and most call me on the phone and ask questions. After talking on the phone most will continue but some cancel. The area is called the vulva and the vagina is just one part. So then I start at the top and describe and point to each part starting with the clitoral hood, the clitoris, the urethra, the labia majora, the labia minora, the vagina, the perineum, and the annus. I open her vaginal lips and let him see her urethra and her lips. I explain that the lips are usually different sizes and that is normal. About this time I get out a speculum and show it to them. I explain that it is a plastic Peterson speculum and it opens the vagina vertically so it can be examined. I lubricate it and her lips and insert it, rotate it, and open it. Once opened I let the guy look and see her cervix. I also ask him if he wants to touch the insides and he always does. I also get a mirror and let her see and explain each part to her. Then I ask if there any questions and if not, I have the guy point to each part and tell me the name. Then I take the speculum out and show them the metal Collins speculum. I explain that it opens the vagina horizontally giving a good view of the top and bottom of the vagina and a better view of the urethra. I insert it and let him look and touch and get the mirror and let her see. I then ask him to touch the top of her vagina and see if he feels any different. Usually he will say yes there is a hard part about two inches back. So I explain that is her G spot and some women like to have it stimulated. Again I ask if there are questions and if not I take the speculum out.

Dan said you give them a full course in the anatomy don’t you. I try. Then what do you do next asked Dan. I then tell the woman to masturbate.

And how does that go over ask Dan. About like asking them to take off all their clothes but they get even more vocal on this. Many girls say I don’t masturbate. With them I say you need to be honest. I know you masturbate because all adults masturbate. I masturbate. So I need you to masturbate now. So the girl will start by rubbing her vulva then her clitoris,

and usually she will be rubbing her nipples with the other hand. She continues until she orgasms. When that happens I explain to the guy the signs of her orgasm and that unlike a man a woman can have several orgasms in a row with only a couple of minutes in between. After a couple of minutes I tell the guy I want you to stimulate her just like she did. I put some lubricant on his finger and tell him to start. Guys usually love this and in no time she is having another orgasm. Then I wait another couple of minutes and tell the guy to put his finger in her vagina, and to gently rub the top on her G spot. I see why you call it a session and why you say it is demonstrative. What happens next. Then I put the guy on the table with his legs in the knee crutches. I start explaining the parts of his penis to his girlfriend. I explain the shaft, head or glans, the frenulum, the scrotum and this testicles. I have her hold his penis and hold his testicles. I explain the the frenulum is the most sensitive part of his penis most men love to have it caressed. I explain that the testicles are very sensitive and must be carefully handled. Then I put a glove on her, lubricate her finger and his anus. I tell her to put her finger in his anus and I tell her how to find his prostate. I explain to her that most men like to have it massage gently and that some men can climax from that alone. I have her take her finger out and throw the glove away. I asked her if she has any questions and it is usually no. Then I tell the guy to masturbate. I explain that it is so a woman will get more stimulation. So I tell that that they will need to experiment with different brands and kinds of condoms and see which kind they like best. Then I tell the guy to continue stroking his penis but to tell me when he is about to climax. When he tells me, I tell him to stop and have the girl continue. I tell her to do it just like he did and do not to stop until I tell her to. So she is stroking his penis and he ejaculates. Usually these young

guys shoot the semen up on the chest almost to their chin. And usually there are 4 or 5 strong spurts. After the last one I tell the girl to stop. Then I explain that the reason the semen shoots out so powerfully is so it will get up to the cervix and so the sperm can swim into her uterus and fertilize the egg. And almost always the girl says I did not expect the semen to shoot out like that.

Dan says this is fascinating but what happens next. Well the guy is laying there with semen all over his chest and the girl is just staring at his penis because it is softening. Dan ask is the session over then. Well it depends on what the girl has done. Many girls have their doctor mail me the Depo-Pervoa for their birth control. Most don’t realize it is an injection. Some girls have totally forgotten about birth control. At some point during the session they usually tell me. That is when you get a call and your prescribe Depo- Pervoa. So I tell them they need to get back up the examine table and lay on their stomach. They usually ask why can’t you just give me the pills and I will take them. That is when I tell them it is not pills but an injection. Many say they don’t like shots and want pills. I tell them it is too late to change the birth control medicine since they are getting married on Saturday. Then they usually comply and get up on the exam table. I extend the leg extension so they will be comfortable laying their while I prepare the injections. Dan asked when do you tell them it is two injections. As I am preparing the injections I tell them and I also tell them it is going to sting. Once the injections are ready I go to the left side of the table and clean off their skin on both sides. Since it is going to sting I suggest to the guy that he go to the other side of the table and hold her hand and gently massage her back. Then I push the needle in and start injection the medicine. I tell them that I have to inject it slowly taking at least two minutes. Many girls start sobbing at this point and some are really crying. When complete I take the needle out, put a bandaid on, and ask the boy to trade sides. I go to the other side and push the needle in, and start injection the medicine. By this time most girls are crying and saying it hurts so much. I tell them that is just a little pain compared to all

Many times she will say I had an enema as a child and it was horrible and I will never have another one. Why would I take a class on them? I explain that many people enjoy enemas for just for the enemas. But many couples use enemas as foreplay and preparation for anal sex or pegging.
