I worked in a travel clinic and I gave several injections every day. I really loved it. One day a family entered in my office, a young couple with their 4 year old boy. It took a time while the needle penetrated through his skin. It was a meningitis shot, the serum was burning. His leg jerked when I started to push the plunger. I put a plaster on the injection spot and I moved to his right side. First I gave a Hepatitis B injection in the front part of his right thigh muscle. It was a bigger shot, 1 ml, instead of the previous 0.5 ml shots. I saw again a grimace on his face. The injection spot started to bleed and when I put a swab on it, he had erection because of my touch. The last injection was the most painful one. I used a 18G 40 mm long needle to administer it. When the needle was penetrating in the side of his right thigh, he tensed his muscle and it made the injection much more painful. It was also a bigger, 1 ml volume shot. When I finished the injection procedure, I could see a little tear in his eyes. His son asked him: „Did it hurt?” And he had to reply: „No, I didn’t feel anything.” As a real sadist, I really enjoyed this situation.

„Madame, it is your turn.” - I said to the young mother. „You are going get one less, four injections.” She removed her trousers and sat on the edge of the table. She had also white panties. Her thighs were beatiful, she had smooth, sensible white skin. I put out the 4 vaccines from the fridge with thin but long needles. I decided to having fun with every injection in a different way. It was the end of the fun part of the visit. I didn’t want to cause pain for the little child, but I had to give him also an injection. I saw fear on his face. I told him: „Don’t have fear, you are going to get just one injection and your father said he didn’t feel anything. It is just a little pinch.” Then I gave the typhoid vaccine in his right thigh. He cried a little bit, but it wasn’t so bad. When they went out from my office I could see pain on the parents face but the little boy was smiling.
