Fantasy of getting/giving multiple travel injections

Giving travel injections to a muscular boy by a sadistic doctor

I work in a travel clinic as a doctor. I love my job because I can give several injections every day. The clinic director is satisfied with me, because usually I manage to convince my patients to asking many vaccines, also the less important ones. And giving more vaccines means more profit for the clinic. I am a little bit sadistic, so many times I give cold vaccines, just after taking out from the fridge. And I also like using the thigh as an injections spot which is more painful than the arm.

Once I had a wonderful day in the clinic. A 19 year old, blond guy arrived in my office. He was so sexy. He had a baby face and an athletic, muscular body, but not too muscular. I told him to start with a little examination. He sat on a chair, I rolled up his right sleeve and checked his blood pressure. I loved his muscular arm, his biceps, delt and triceps were so attractive. Next I told him to stand up and remove his shirt. Wow! He had beautiful six packed abs and developed, hairless chest muscle. His skin was milk-white and smooth. I really enjoyed touching his awesome body while I was listening his lungs and heart. But it was only the introduction before the best part: injections.

I asked where he was going to travel. He said Ecuador. I thought it was wonderful, because South America meant the most number of shots. “Ecuador? Nice! So you need a yellow fever, a typhoid, a tetanus, a rabies, a hepatitis-A , a hepatitis-B, a polio and a meningitis shot.” “Eight injections? I can’t survive getting so much!” He was really scared. I said him: “It is not a big deal. You can get 2 in both arms and 2 in both thighs.” He frightened even more, he almost cried. “I don’t want to get any thigh injection. These are very painful.” I have a look at his muscular arms and I told him: “I see you have well-muscled arms. So I can give you all the vaccines there. But I have to warn you that your arms will be really sore.” He replied:” I don’t care with sore arms, but I don’t want to have any thigh injection.” I said him: “Ok, then I am going to give all of them in your arms, let’s start it”.

I went to the fridge and I took out the eight vaccines. I keep prefilled syringes with needles in the fridge because I don’t have enough time to prepare every vaccine during the visit of the patients. I prepare the vaccines with smaller and bigger needles, so I can choose based on the patient body and the injection spot. This time I chose 4 vaccines with 25G, 30 mm long needles and 4 vaccines with 21G, 40 mm long needles. The second type of needle was too big for arm injections, but he was so muscular and he took away my entertainment with refusing thigh injections, I didn’t care with this fact.

He was still standing and I went to next to him. First I disinfected in his left deltoid muscle. I did it slowly and I enjoyed watching the terror in his eyes. Then I put the injections on a table near to him where he could see very well the long needles. He opened his mouth but immediately closed it. I asked him: “Do you want to say anything?” He said no. I went to his right arm and I also disinfected his smooth skin of the deltoid muscle.

First I gave him the polio shot with the 30 mm long needle in the lower part of his left delt. I stuck the needle quickly so it didn’t hurt too much. It was an easy injection but it was only the beginning. Next I gave the tetanus vaccine in the upper part of his big deltoid muscle. This time I pushed the needle slowly and he grimaced because of his pain, however I also used the smaller needle. When I withdraw the needle, I saw a red spot. I asked him: “It wasn’t so bad, was it?” He didn’t replied but I could see the anger in his eyes. I continued with the rabies vaccine. This time I used the big needle and I gave him in the back part of his delt. He said ouch when the needle was in his arm with its whole length. I injected slowly so the medicine didn’t hurt more than the big needle itself. The injection spot started to bleed and he said an other ouch when I pushed a cotton ball on it. I wanted to have some fun with the last injection in his left arm. I stuck the 21G, 40 mm long needle very slowly in the most muscular, middle part of his delt. He moaned and he also watched when the needle only went half way in his muscle. I lied: “I’m sorry, the vaccine has to be given very deeply in the muscle.” When the needle was all way in his body, I pushed the plunger quickly. It was a painful and bigger vaccine (Hep-A), he shouted because of his pain. I could see he could hardly hold off his tears. When I finished this vaccine, I told him: “Halfway done, it is good news, isn’t it?” It seemed he didn’t hear my words.

I made the same method with his right arm. I started with the less painful injections with smaller needles and I continued with the more painful ones. He was frightened and he tensed his right arm. I told him: “Relax your muscle. If you tense, it will hurt more.” More or less he managed. This time I started with the upper part of his deltoid. At this part I couldn’t use the long needles to avoid shoulder injury. I gave him the yellow fever vaccine. The medicine was a little bit irritating and he grimaced again. I saw a nice red dot at the injection spot after I had withdrawn the needle. Next it was time to giving the typhoid shot in the lower part of the deltoid muscle, with the 30 mm long needle. I pushed the plunger very fast and he said an ouch because of that. I said: ”Almost done, you have only 2 more.” But I knew that these were going to hurt so much. His seventh injection was the Hepatitis-B. I gave in the back part of his right delt. It was a bigger shot than usual vaccines, 1 ml. He tensed his arm while the needle was still entering. It hurt so much, he flinched and groaned in his pain. When I finished giving this shot, I saw few tears in his eyes. Before the last shot I warned him: “It is a little bit painful injection.” He asked in panic: “What do you mean? Even more painful than the last one I have just got?” I replied: “Don’t worry! If you relax your muscle, it won’t be so bad.” I pushed the needle slowly. He could feel every mm when the 40 mm long needle cut in the middle of his sexy deltoid muscle. This time I pushed the plunger slowly. Normally it hurts less but the meningitis vaccine burns. In fact I lengthened the burning feeling. He couldn’t hold back his tears. When I pulled back the needle, some blood came out from his arm. I pushed a cotton ball on it. It caused extra pain for him.

I asked: “Did I hurt too much?” He whispered: “Yes, doctor.” I replied, in fact lied: “I’m sorry, but it was for your own good.” I watched his wonderful upper body. It was very attractive but the 8 red injection spot on his deltoid muscles made even more sexy. I told him: “You can sit and have some rest while I fill your vaccination records. You can also put on your shirt.” During filling his records, I could observe that putting on his shirt was also painful for him. When I gave him his records, I told him: “Enjoy your trip! And if you got any special tropical illness, don’t worry, just came back here. We have effective injections against of almost any other tropical illnesses what you can’t prevent by vaccines.” He didn’t say anything, just went to the door and escaped from my office.
