Warning: it is only a fantasy. It is not a good idea to getting so many vaccines at one time. It is almost the same as my last fantasy, with more details.

I planned a long trip around the world, included also some tropic countries. I know I have to go the doctor before my trip and probably I will get some vaccines so I make an appointment in a travel clinic.

When I arrive at the clinic, I can see a man who is just leaving the doctor’s room with sore arms. Next a woman enters in his room. After 20 minutes she leaves the examination room. She pushes cotton balls on both of her deltoid muscles. I can see that she has tears in her eyes. It is my turn to enter the examination room. The doctor tells me to take off my shirt. I do and he listens my lungs and my heart. I can feel the cold stethoscope on my chest. From my childhood I have a clear memory: it is the usual examination before getting an injection. I’m not surprised when he tells me that I need some travel immunizations. It sounds very exciting because I from childhood’s fear I became an injections fetishist. First he disinfects my left deltoid with a spray. Great memories again before the injection itself. “First I give the yellow fever and typhoid vaccines in your left arm”- says the doctor. I think: “Wow! Two injections in one arm. I must be so nice”. Then he picks up a small syringe with a long needle and sticks the needle all way in my skinny delt. I watch as the long needle penetrates my little muscle and I love the sting of the needle. The first yellow fever vaccine is not so bad, I barely feel the medicine. The doctor pulls out the needle and I can see a small red dot on my delt. He repeats this project on my left arm with the typhoid vaccine. This time I feel it a little bit more and some blood comes out as he withdraws the needle. I start to be horny as he puts a cotton ball on the injection spot. I held the cotton ball while he prepares the next 2 vaccines. Next he goes to my right arm and disinfects the skin of my delt. Because of my excitement I tense my muscle and the rabies vaccine hurts more than the previous 2 I have just had in my left arm. He gives me one more vaccine in my right arm. This one is Hepatitis A, it is a bigger shot and medicine is more irritating, and I say a little ouch when the doctor pushes the plunger.

I think I have finished but the doctor tells me I am so thin and anemic, so he has to give some vitamin shots to strengthen my immune system before the trip. He says that these shots are going to my butt. I'm calm because last time I barely felt my butt shot. I'm lying on the table and he pulls down my trousers and briefs. He quickly gives me the first 2 shots in my hips, first B12 in my right hip and next calcium in my left cheek. These ones not really hurt even I could barely feel them. But I can observe that there are very big syringes with huge needles for the next shots. Two needles seem to be 18G and 50 mm long. I start to have some fear. He continues giving me 2 ml B complex injection my right butt. When the 40mm long, 21G needle penetrate in my butt, I like the feeling but when the doctor pushes the plunger, there is no more pleasure. It is just painful, I moan. Then he gaves me 2 ml iron injection in my left butt. This time he uses a little bit bigger, 20G needle. I moan again. I ask my doctor what kind of injections are the last 2 with the horse needles. He says me these are Vitamin C injections, had to be given deep in the muscle and he has to divide the injection in 2 syringes because it is so painful. I think: “Oh my God, weren’t my last 2 injections so painful?” I scream loudly when the doctor sticks the long, wide needle in my right butt. When he pushes the high concentration (150mg/ml), 3 ml medicine into my muscle, I have tears in my eyes. It happens again when doctor repeats the procedure and injects the 3 ml fluid in my small left butt. I have never thought that butt injections can be so painful (I have never got an IM penicillin shot). I really hope these were my last shots today.

But the doctor tells me I need also some booster shots in my thighs. I beg to skip this part, I promise I am going to come back later, because I remember from my childhood that leg injections were very painful. But he says that I don't have enough time before my trip, he has to give them, and he can't give more injections in my arms. He also tells me don’t be ridiculous, even many children don’t cry when they get thigh injections. I roll on and I lie on my painful back and he disinfects my thighs with alcohol. I am very excited and I become very horny. The doctor notices it and tells me: “I see you like injections. So don’t complain and don’t cry, enjoy the next ones. Let us start with some easy ones, flu and FSME vaccines.” I have already got these vaccines several times, but never with 40 mm long needles in my thigh. I can see as the long needles enter in my poor right leg muscle. I say both time a loud ouch. He gives them in the front part of my thigh. However these medicines have small volumes and not irritating, thigh injections are always painful. He gives me the third vaccine (MMR) in the side of my right upper leg which is more sensible than the front part of it. I start to cry. He gives me a little brake but then he continues with my left leg. I feel these injections be even more painful than I have just had in my right thigh. First he gaves me a DPT shot in my left front thigh. It is only 0,5 ml but it is an irritating medicine. Tears are coming from my eyes and I almost scream. Next is polio in the side of my left leg. When the doctor withdraws the needle from my left thigh the injection spot starts to bleed. It hurts so much and I have tears again as the doctor pushes a cotton ball on it for a while. But there is one more shot. It is the most painful one, meningitis in a painful part (side) of my thigh. It is not enough, the doctor hits a nerve. It hurts and burns so much and I start to cry as a little child. Finishing my vaccines he massages the injection sites of my leg. Because of the pain, excitement and his physical touch I feel I can’t control my orgasm.

End of my fantasy. Who wants to try it? I think 4 arm injections or 6 butt injections don’t seem be too much in reality. Sometimes young children get 3-6 vaccines in their little thighs, so many thigh injections can be also real. But all together would be a memorable injection session. 😃
