As Leah got lost in dreamland imaging her attractive male doctor with gloved fingers in her vagina, the nurse was busy preparing her exam room. There was no mention of a pelvic exam or pap smear today, so the nurse didn't bother setting out the speculum or even a gown.

"Just a basic physical today," nurse Fay thought.

So she just set out fresh exam table paper and made sure the basic instruments were in place. Once everything was all set, Fay made her way down the hallway and pushed open the door out into the waiting room. She saw that only one person was out there, a young woman crouched over her phone so all that was visible was a mess of hair two skinny legs wrapped in damp skinny jeans.

"Leah? You can come back now," she said.

Leah startled at the sound of her name being called and immediately flipped her head up from her phone, looking up toward the door where the nurse stood.

"I've got you set up in exam room 4," the nurse said. "Just follow me back."

Leah could feel her damp skinny jeans sticking to her thighs as she walked down the hall, smelling the chemical smell unique to medical environments.

"I was just wondering . . . do you know what will happen during my exam today?" Leah stammered.

"Just a basic physical today. Vital signs, urine sample, heart and lungs. You can get a flu shot too if you haven't yet."

"Okay," Leah responded, unsure if she was relieved or disappointed that there wouldn't be more.
