Beth tells the women that they all will be getting a ride to the medical center. Beth tells them to follow her. Meghan and the rest of the women were brought to the parking lot, where there is a 15 passenger van waiting. Beth tells the women to hop in, and after everyone is in the van, Beth closes the door, and hops in the front passenger seat. The driver then makes the 15 minute drive to a large parking lot. He pulls up to the building next to the parking lot, which is the medical center, and Beth gets out and opens the door to let the women out. Meghan and the rest of the new hires then follow Beth into the large complex.

They arrive in a large waiting room on the first floor. Beth goes to the reception counter and speaks to the woman sitting behind it. Meghan can’t make out what was being said, but then Beth turns around and tells the women that they can have a seat. After they do, Beth tells them that they will be called back one at a time for the drug screen and preliminary checks, then they will come back out to the waiting room, and they will be called back when it’s their turn to see the doctor for the physical.

Meghan doesn’t have to wait long, she was the third to be called back, she noticed Mandy was first. Meghan follows the nurse to a back room, where she notices some lockers. The nurse instructs Meghan to remove her blazer, put it and her purse in the locker, and lock it and take the key. After Meghan complies the nurse escorts her to a small bathroom. The nurse has a urine sample cup in her hand, which is already labeled with Meghan’s name and other information. The nurse tells Meghan that she doesn’t need to directly observe her give the sample, but she has to leave the stall door open, and she does have to witness Meghan get ready to give the sample. Meghan blushes while the nurse watches her lift her skirt, lower her thong panties and have a seat, knowing the nurse has also seen her in her shiny beige stockings. After Meghan sits on the toilet seat the nurse turns around to give her some privacy. It takes a minute or so but Meghan eventually provides the sample, places it on the shelf above the toilet paper dispenser, and wipes herself then stands up, pulls up her panties then pulls her skirt down. Meghan tells the nurse she is done and the nurse, having donned a pair of nitrile gloves, takes the cup with the sample and screws the cap shut. She shows Meghan the temperature indicator on the side of the cup and tells her that it lets them know the sample is the same body temperature as the person who gave the sample, so they know it wasn’t smuggled in, which would show room temperature. The nurse tells Meghan she can wash her hands, after she does they go back out into the small room with the lockers. The nurse splits the sample into another cup, also with Meghan’s name, and caps both, then puts a tamper seal sticker across the cap down to the sides of the cup of each sample. The nurse has Meghan initial each seal, and explains that one sample will be sent to the lab, and the other will be kept there in a special refrigerator. If the first sample gets somehow lost they have the second one as a backup. Once the test results are back, if all is good the second sample will be disposed of. If the results show a positive test result for any drugs the second sample will be tested as well to eliminate any possibility of a false positive. If the second sample also tests positive then it will be up to her employer what the next step will be. Meghan acknowledges her understanding, then the nurse tells Meghan she will check her vitals and check her height and weight. She has Meghan remove her heels and has her step up onto the scale to get her weight. Then she has her stand against the wall, which has a sliding height scale, and gets Meghan’s height. After telling Meghan to have a seat, the nurse checks her blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, and temperature. The nurse enters all the information on a laptop, then Meghan is told she can put her heels back on, and after buckling each strap around her shiny slender ankles, she is told she can gather her belongings from the locker. Meghan unlocks it and removes her blazer, putting it on then taking her purse and walking back to the waiting room, where the nurse calls the next new hire back for her turn.

Meghan occupies herself on her phone, reading some news articles and playing a few games of solitaire. She notices that while the vitals and drug screenings are being done, Mandy is the first one called back for her physical. It appears that she will be the lucky one to be examined first. About 15 minutes later, the second woman is called back, she was also the second one to be called back for the drug screening. Meghan figures she will probably be next.

Another 15 minutes passes by, then Meghan is called back. She sighs as she uncrosses her toned, shiny stocking covered legs and stands up, following the nurse back through a different doorway than the drug screening, and down a long hallway. There were several doors on each side. A door on the left opens up and she sees Mandy come out. Meghan likes how well dressed Mandy is, wearing a dark grey skirt suit, the same figure hugging style as Meghan’s, with a snug fitting pencil skirt, the hem a few inches above her knees, the fitted matching blazer, and white button front blouse underneath, also fitted, which Meghan could see since her blazer was unbuttoned. Mandy had finished off her outfit with shiny beige nylons and black high heels, no ankle straps. Meghan smiles and says see you soon, but Mandy barely looked up and said hi as she walked past. She looked like she was a little upset and embarrassed. As Meghan walked by the exam room Mandy had just come out of she thought she noticed stirrups pulled out from the exam table. She only caught a glimpse out of the corner of her eye since she didn’t actually turn her head and look inside. Having already walked past she couldn’t take a second look, and the nurse shows her into the exam room two doors down......
