Brittany's alarm clock awoke her at her usual school time in the morning, but soon after waking, she realized she wouldn't have to go to school due to a doctor's appointment. After getting up, she had a shower, and got into her sexy matching plain white satin bra and tanga panties and then put on her everyday clothes which consisted of a skin-tight white tank top and athletic pink gym shorts because Brittany was very athletic and played lots of sports. She soon arrived at the pediatricians office in Cedar Rapids where Dr. Thomas was one of several providers working. She checked in with a petite young receptionist who had shoulder length blonde hair and a high pitched soft spoken voice. Brittany then filled out a form to give the nurse later on. Brittany had been going to see the doctor by herself without her mom since she was about 12 and drove herself there since she was 16. A young nurse with long, brown curly hair wearing a flowered shirt and turquoise scrub pants soon called Brittany's name in the hallway. Brittany got up from the waiting room and set down a seventeen magazine that she was reading. She followed the nurse down the hall to Dr. Thomas' exam room and was weighed in at 133 pounds and measured 5-foot-8 and a half. The nurse then took her black Littman Classic S.E. II that was draped on her neck and a blood pressure machine on the wall next to Brittany's seat and took Brittany's blood pressure. It was slightly above normal but the nurse told her this was very normal for teenagers at the doctor. The nurse then gave Brittany a pair of headphones with a red side and a blue side for a hearing test. Brittany did well on the hearing test and raised her hand every time she heard a sound. The nurse then had Brittany look into a binocular machine for a sight test with letters. Brittany also did well and had exceptional eyesight. The nurse was then finished and confirmed that Brittany was 18 and her date of birth was December 3, 1987. Brittany then waited about 5 minutes for Dr. Thomas after the nurse had left. Dr. Thomas knocked on the door and stepped in and greeted Brittany. Dr. Thomas was about 60 years old, heavyset, round faced, wore glasses and wore her graying hair pulled back in a bun. Dr. Thomas wore a teachers style dress and did not have a white coat. She wore an older black two sided Littman Cardiology stethoscope draped around her neck. Dr. Thomas talked to Brittany about how she had been doing and made sure that Brittany wasn't feeling sick or anything. She also asked Brittany about her interests and family life and future college plans and even found out that Brittany was sexually active at present and totally straight despite the fact she saw an old lady doctor. After the conversation, Dr. Thomas was ready to tell Brittany to undress to her bra and panties and have a seat on the examining table. Dr. Thomas started the exam by checking Brittany's scalp. Her blonde hair was clean and beautifully cared for. Dr. Thomas then took out an ophthalmoscope and examined Brittany's pretty blue eyes. After the eye exam, Dr. Thomas looked into Brittany's ears with an otoscope. Brittany loved and was really turned on by the ocean sound of the otoscope. Dr. Thomas also used the otoscope to look inside Brittany's nose. Dr. Thomas then used a very bright small flashlight and made Brittany stick out her tongue and say aaaaah for her throat exam. The next part was a quick neck exam which Dr. Thomas gently pressed against Brittany's neck with her fingers. The neck exam was followed by a reflex exam of the arms. Dr. Thomas used a black reflex hammer to make sure that Brittany's arms were nice and strong and working well. It was now time for Brittany's favorite part of the exam, the stethoscope exam. Dr. Thomas took the stethoscope off of her neck and put it into her ears and had a listen to Brittany's lungs. As Dr. Thomas probed the stethoscope around Brittany's breasts and back, Brittany took some deep breathes and was very turned on as she bugged out her eyes and opened her mouth to take deep breaths. The stethoscope was very cold and Brittany didn't mind because she liked it cold. Dr. Thomas then had Brittany to take off her sexy white satin push up bra and lie down on the exam table so Dr. Thomas could listen to some heartbeats. Dr. Thomas listened to Brittany's heart very thoroughly in each spot of Brittany's chest with each of the two stethoscope sides as Brittany lied down on the exam table. Brittany's heart was pretty fast because yet healthy because of this thorough part of the physical. Dr. Thomas then listened to Brittany's stomach and bowel sounds and found that they too sounded good. After the stethoscope exam was done, Dr Thomas had Brittany continue to lie down and warned her that she was going to do some exams that involved touching with hands which Brittany agreed that she was OK with. Dr. Thomas did a breast exam just before she put her bra back on followed by tummy rubbing exam. Next came the genital exam. Dr. Thomas had Brittany pull her sexy satin tanga underwear down a little ways so she could examine Brittany's vaginal area. Dr. Thomas shined the bright light on Brittany's vagina as she used her gloved fingers to open the labia. It all looked good and healthy although Brittany was a little wet down there. Brittany then sat up for the leg reflex exam which could also be a bit fun because of the knee jerk from the hammer. Dr. Thomas then had Brittany step down from the table to check her posture and balance as she stood up in her underwear. Brittany walked and bended like any healthy 18 year old girl. The exam was then over and Brittany got dressed. Dr. Thomas told Brittany she was as healthy and fit as any 18 year old aught to be. She was proud of Brittany and Brittany was always grateful to have been seeing Dr. Thomas all her life. Brittany then checked out of the office and headed on home. She would remember this exam as fondly as every other one and hoped that Dr. Julianne Thomas would be her doctor until she turned 21.
