Brittany was pretty 18 year old high school senior living in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She was tall, measuring about 5-foot-8 and had long straight blond hair that was often pulled back and she had beautiful blue eyes. She was quite athletic and played girls' basketball and lacrosse at her local high school. Brittany was also very smart and had college plans study medicine and become a doctor. Her family home was in a typical suburban house in a typical suburban neighborhood. She was having a great senior year of high school living alone with her parents as her two older brothers were away in college. One winter night in late January of 2006, Brittany was in her room doing homework when she glanced at her calendar and realized that tomorrow in the morning she had a doctor's appointment the following morning with her lifelong Pediatrician Dr. Julianne Thomas. Brittany had always liked Dr. Thomas who was very nice and down to earth and found her very kind and caring as she was an older female doctor of about 60. Brittany was somewhat nervous yet also somewhat excited as she knew that she would be going in for a yearly physical in which she would have to undress to her plain white matching bra and panties without a gown which she was used to expecting because she had never been offered a gown by Dr. Thomas.
