Dan has been in the military for a long time and is even a military doctor, but he is currently gaining his extra college degree to get some other experiences in the military. He is 28 and he is currently a senior in college, he volunteers at the school clinic during the week but he usually just does desk work as he doesn't want to make any experience uncomfortable for the students if they knew him. Dan and Sharon are great friends as they are both accounting majors, they have classes together almost everyday since they knew each other. However, Sharon doesn't know that Dan is a certified doctor at all. She just knew that he was older and in the military.

*Please be at the health center on Friday at 4pm.* Sharon received an email. It was scheduled because she has been having stomach problems for the whole month but she never had time to deal with it, so she just goes by with pain almost all the time. She saw a gap in her schedule in just scheduled it even though she didn't want to. She just needs some med.

"What are you doing later today?" Dan asked Sharon.

"I have an appointment later." Sharon said.

"Oh, a meeting?" Dan asked as they walk in the same direction.

"No, I'm going to the doctors." Sharon muttered.

Dan was shocked, she was going to the doctors? He's working today though. "Don't you hate the doctors?" He asked a bit flustered.

"Yeah... But my stomach has been going crazy for the whole month, you know about this." Sharon sighed. "I didn't really have a choice, hopefully they just give me some antibiotics and it will be all fine."

"Didn't you say it was getting better like 3 weeks ago?" Dan asked surprisingly. He remembered the week when Sharon had a tough week, but he thought everything was better as she never talked about it. If he had known, he would have taken care of that so much earlier!

"Um... It... I just got used to it but it started hurting again last week..." Sharon muttered. "I was also on my period so I thought it might be that... But turns out it still hurts after it." She said.

"So... You're going to the school's clinic?" Dan asked carefully.

"Yeah... It's the easiest and cheapest option. They give out antibiotics right? I hope it's just a short meeting with the doctor and I can get my meds." Sharon sighed. "Where are you going?"

"I doubt it will be short if it's been hurting for a month. But on a happier note, I'm also going to the clinic..."

"Why? Are you sick?" Sharon asked.

"I actually...." Dan began to explain as they step into the clinic.

"Hey Dan! Come here real quick!" The main manager said as soon as he saw Dan.

Dan nodded as he quickly waved at Sharon and just flew into the room. Sharon was all shocked in the waiting room at that scene and just decided to sign in with the desk. She sat down for a while as she saw a few patients come and leave. She was filling out the patient's form and saw that she has to be 100% honest with every answer and be reminded that the doctors are professional and will know if they're lying just by an easy check up. She sighed as she answered some of the questions and let it be as it's just the doctors. They won't see her again in real life, she needs help now, and being honest will probably make the meeting shorter. She did the physical part pretty seriously but just skimmed through the mental part as she wasn't here for anything psychological thus she marked everything off.

She waited for the nurse to call her in and suddenly, the nurse took her folder and just called her name. "Sharon, come in with me please." She said as she walked into a room. She sat down as she saw the nurse put her files on the doctor's desk.

"Um... Do you know if the doctor is going to be a male or female?" Sharon asked hesitantly. She didn't really want to see a male doctor as she knew it would get awkward in parts of the doctor's meeting.

"For today, I think we only have male doctors, I'm sorry. But they're all super nice and professional, don't worry. If you feel unsafe, you can always request a female nurse to be inside with you." The nurse smiled.

Sharon gulped. "Oh...."

The nurse left her there and went out to see which doctor will be with her today. She checked the list and started to reread Sharon's files and began to form a pre-checkup diagnosis to prepare the doctor before he sees her. She knocked and went in with her files to brief him before going to the room with him.

"This patient has been having troubles with bowel movement and has been struggling with that for approximately a month. She states that she has not been in stress for the month and that she has never been through situations like this before. She is extremely constipated, and the last time she pooped was... at least a week ago." The nurse reported as she walked to the room.

"Okay, I'll read the profile in detail later, but meanwhile, have her put on the gown and be ready for a mini gyno exam as we need to figure out what is happening. I would think an enema might be necessary, but we can start with getting her vitals and stuff like that. Has she been in to this clinic before?" Dr. Lee asked.

"She has been admitted for a fever 3 years ago, and had to stay for 2 nights due to the seriousness of the fever." The nurse said.

"Are there any more information you can let me know? You know the process of a stomach problem, it could get messy." Dr. Lee said as he put on his coat properly and walked down the hallway. He tried to clear his mind from that last appointment he was quickly summoned to, it was not the easiest patient.

"Let's see... She hates injections." The nurse found the old reports.

"Okay, so we might encounter some problems later, but at least I know now. So now, please get her to disrobe in the room next door and I'll get prepared for the appointment." Dr. Lee opened the door and told the nurse the get the patient ready.

He opened the door and was shocked to see who was sitting at the chair. He opened his mouth and hid behind the door for a second before Sharon could see him.

The nurse didn't notice his reaction and saw that Sharon was looking at her phone, looking very disturb. She heard the nurse but she couldn't take her eyes off the doctor's guide to constipation on her phone, she had to be naked, and get poked around down there? She heard the nurse coughing and just stood up. "I suddenly feel better.... I... I don't think I need the doctors anymore..." She muttered as she almost cried.

Dr. Lee panicked and immediately stood back to the door and Sharon bumped into him.

"Uh... Even in that case, checking out previous problems would be a better option than to putting it off. Sharon, this is Dr. Lee, who will be your doctor for today. Before you..." The nurse wanted to continue to tell her to put on the robe before she saw the doctor and patient.

"Sharon?" Dr. Lee aka Dan asked as he saw the pale Sharon running into him.

"D...Dan?" Sharon looked up. "Oh my god what the hell is happening."

"You guys know each other?" The nurse asked. "If that's the case, I'll just put the robe here and Dr. Lee? You can handle her, if she needs a female, I can always come stand in." She said as she left them alone.

"I'm a registered military doctor, I work here usually just at the desk but I was called in quickly to sub in for a doctor today." Dan quickly explained as he knew that Sharon would need to know that.

"Oh... Oh..." Sharon just repeated that word before she could settle down with the information.

"Wanna just change into this robe so I could check you out easier later?" Dan said as he gave her the coat. "I'll look over your profile as you're doing that."

"How..." Sharon was all flustered as she heard Dan's explanation. She didn't know how to respond.

"Take off your pants and underwear and put on the gown, you can keep your upper body clothed." Dan said.

Sharon had an embarrassed face going on and didn't know what to do. "Are... Are you really gonna do this?" She asked quietly as she pulled out her phone.

Dan took the phone and saw she was looking at colonoscopy and stuff like that. He chuckled a bit. "No, I won't be doing that as of now. I just need to see what's wrong with your stomach and if it's more serious than that, then I'll schedule something for you. Don't worry too much about it, I'll mainly focus on helping your constipation and stomach pain today." He reassured her. "Now quickly go take off your pants and we can end this earlier."

Sharon obediently obeyed and started to take off her clothes, she was still very aware that Dan is currently right in front of her and is with a doctors robe when she was just in accounting class with him an hour ago. "I'm done." She said as she wore the gown.

"Climb on the bed and lay flat on your back, I'm going to feel your tummy for a bit and tell me if it hurts." Dan says as he applied pressure to her stomach.

Sharon squirmed as Dan applied pressure all over her stomach. Dan caught all of those in his eyes as he has dealt with a lot of patients in the past. "Is this painful?" He asked as he pressed on one spot harder.

"AH!" Sharon almost cried. "Yes..." She cried out.

"Don't just squirm your face, tell me what's hurting you." Dan says as he continues to press the abdomen area. Sharon marked a few spots and Dan got all the information he needed.

"Roll on your tummy and I'll take your temperature to make sure you're not running a fever." Dan says naturally as he pulls out the rectal thermometer.

"Dan! I can just take it in my mouth." Sharon complained.

"We will go into your bottom parts anyways, and this is more accurate." Dan stuck to his principles and ignored her.

Dan helped Sharon rolled to her tummy as she didn't feel very comfortable with her stomach pain. "I'm going to lube your rectum so it doesn't hurt to take your rectal temperature." Dan said as he parted her cheeks and lubricated her anus gently. He felt Sharon squirming a bit, but she is not tightening up, which is a good sign. Dan slipped the thermometer in and held her cheeks together to hold them together.

As they were waiting, Dan asked Sharon a few more questions. "Have you taken an enema or a suppository before?"

Sharon hesitated. "No..." She said, she just read about it online about what they are, and she is not happy with it.

"Don't be embarrassed, I'm not going to hurt you. I just want to know if you have experience with them so to let me help you better." Dan said softly as he looked at her. "I'm not going to harm you, this is not to embarrass you, it's to help you."

Sharon got more comfortable as she heard Dan's comfort. "I'm sorry... I just really don't like doctors... I didn't know you were one..."

"No worries, I don't think anyone other than those in ROTC knows that I'm a military doctor." Dan smiled. "I don't always work as a doctor here too." Dan says as he went to her bottom and pulled out the thermometer.

He saw some stool on the thermometer which indicates that she is ready to poop, she just couldn't. "Do you feel bloated?" He asked.

"A bit..." Sharon said.

"I can give you a stool softener and that will let you poop all the poop you are holding in right now. Then we can see what's wrong, will that feel better?" Dan asked.

"I guess... " Sharon said.

Dan got 2 suppositories and parted her cheeks again before stuffing both of them in and making sure they melted properly. He got a bed pan out as he let the medication work its way up the intestine. He heard Sharon saying she has to go so he went over and told her to wait for a few more minutes.

"Hold it in for a few more minutes, you'll feel better." Dan said. This could let more poop come out and will definitely make you feel better."

Sharon obeyed as she felt her stomach reacted more to the medication. "I can't hold it in anymore... Dan..." She said as she felt like she was going to poop herself.

"Here is a bedpan, you can poop into it, we can just dump it out later." Dan said as he slipped the bedpan under Sharon.

Sharon let go of her bowel movements and pooped for a solid 5 minutes. Dan was surprised to hear so much poop coming out of her. He was more surprised to how she managed to go to school this whole month under that much pain.

Sharon sighed out a breath of relief as she finally was done and Dan was satisfied with her as he knew she was feeling much better after this.

Dan turned her over and dumped the bedpan off to the sides before he helped her wipe her ass. He placed a small pillow under her vagina and put on a pair of gloves. "I'm going to do an easy rectal exam to see what's wrong, it might be your rectal muscles being flared as you can definitely poop after the poop are smaller and softer. That's good news to you." Dan said to her.

Sharon barely nodded as she was super tired after letting out all of her poop.

Dan lubricated her again and slipped her finger into her anus. "Bear down on me as if you're pooping." He said as he tried to feel for contraction of the rectum, but he didn't feel anything. The whole feeling of the anus was that it was super tight and he definitely felt some flaring going on in her bottom. He tried to relax the muscle a bit but it didn't work, thus even after a few minutes, he wasn't able to put a second finger in. He wrote some things on his chart and began to explain what's wrong to Sharon.

"For now, I don't believe it's your intestine, so you definitely will not be needing the colonoscopy." I started to reassure her. "I believe it's just your rectal muscles being flared and it cannot contract to make you move the poop out of your system. You will have to put on ointment in your rectum in the morning and night, and also after each bowel movement. You will take 3 suppositories a day to help you poop, so you will have at least 5 applications of the ointment a day. Next week, come in again and we will check if you can poop by yourself. I will demonstrate how you can put on the medication now." Dan says from the the chart as he went to get the applicator and showed how it works to Sharon.

"Do you live with someone?" Dan asked gently. "It will be hard for you to do this yourself, you could ask your housemate or parent to help you with this."

"I..." Sharon was flabbergasted. "You know my living situations... I don't even go there unless it's a must." She said as she blushed. "I can't ask anyone there..."

Dan was taken back. "Oh I'm sorry, I totally forgot about it." Sharon has been staying at random places as her parents are very violent and she doesn't like going home. She doesn't even like the idea of having a family, there's no way she would ask them to do such things.

"Just teach me, I can do it myself." Sharon said.

"It would be very hard, and knowing you, I know you would not be super diligent on this." Dan said seriously. He thought for a while before opening his mouth. "If you don't mind, you can stay at my place. This could lower your stress and pressure of finding a place to stay every night, and that would definitely help you recover better. That's if, of course, if you don't mind. I live alone down the street anyways, it's close to school." Dan added.

Sharon knew Dan was a really good friend and he will not do anything out of the norm. "Are you really okay with that?" Sharon asked meekly. She has not been sleeping in the same place for consecutive nights in a long time, but she only told a few of her closest friends that. She will only ask to stay at someone's place if she had to have an interview early in the morning or an important exam. Dan, of course, knew all of this.

"I'm okay with it if you're okay. I can help you with your medication and I can just check on you at home rather than in the clinic. It would lower your nervousness." Dan explained clearly.

"I guess I could, but you really don't mind, right?" Sharon asked carefully.

"No problem, you're one of my closest friends, you're always welcomed here. You just always say no, but I think for this time, it's an order." Dan says as he recalled the times he had offered her a place of staying. "It's better to stay with a doctor than just roaming on the streets, Sharon." Dan advised. "This could be due to infection and other situations." He explained. He didn't even dare to think how bad her life has been.

"Please don't tell anyone about this..." Sharon asked meekly. "Even the fact that I'm staying with you..." She said softly.

"Don't worry about it, no one would know." Dan smiled, he would do anything for Sharon. Sharon was like a very good junior that he was grateful for, and he knew they are great friends. "I'll just let you feel how it feels like so it doesn't make you feel weird about it." Dan says as he slowly applies the ointment with the applicator.

Sharon moaned a bit and Dan pretended to not hear her as he finished putting in the ointment. "That's how it feels, when you have a suppository in, you'll poop and then you'll apply this ointment. I mean, in your case, I am the one applying it." Dan said clearly.

"Yeah... God this is embarrassing." Sharon said as she felt the tip getting off her anus.

"It's not, you have no idea how many butts I see each day. It's not embarrassing, don't think like that." Dan comforted. "You can put your pants on and we can discuss about stretching your anus muscles if necessary after it's not flamed. It might just feel tight due to the flaming." Dan said as he passed her her clothes.

Sharon wore her clothes and stood back up after changing. "thanks so much Dan. I'm sorry for all the trouble." She said softly as she packed her bags.

"Don't worry, wait outside and I'll get the nurse to give you your medication. We can walk home together." Dan smiled as he said goodbye to her.

Sharon walked outside and waited for the nurse to call her name again to give her her medication. She waited and the nurse gave her full boxes of suppositories and explaining how they work and how the applicator and ointment works. Sharon paid attention and just nodded as she was already super tired.

"Here are some extra suppositories for your stomach pain just in case." The nurse said as there was another packet of suppositories.

I nodded and just took everything as I waited outside the clinic for Dan.

Dan walked out after 15 minutes and took my bags without saying anything and continued walking.

"I can do that by myself." I said. "It's already enough trouble for you to help me out." I quickly added.

"You're my patient and you're sick. I'm not letting you be overloading yourself, you already live with enough stress in your life." Dan said silently as he continued.

"I..." Sharon started to argue.

"You wrote you didn't have stress in your life? It's time for you to learn how to be dependent on someone that can help you, and learn to ask for help. It's not a bad thing." Dan smiled at Sharon as he said that.

Sharon blushed a bit and didn't say anything. Ever since last year when they got so much closer, a lot of their friends have said that they are a good pair. However, she never even thought about it as she didn't think anyone as perfect as Dan would like her.

"Don't worry, you'll be resting for the next week, at least it's the weekend now, you'll get to sleep in and finally have a good rest." Dan said.

For the whole walk home, Sharon was finally smiling and Dan smiled as he sees her smile.
