The answer to that is to clean out before. I tried "natural" play a couple of times, and when things get messy it isn't nice. My heaviest is an Njoy 2.0 which is about 1.25 lbs of stainless steel. (Actually it's the Njoy PureWand at ~1 lb 8 oz but I dont walk around with it because of length.) Once, at a flea market I found an odd instrument of I know not what provenance, possibly medical, possibly something completely different, maybe part of an industrial machine of sorts. In any case, part of it was elongated and the tip was rounded, not quite round in circumference but a tad flattened. That part, once I detached it from other pieces, made for a perfect sized anal plug.

It was, however, very heavy, as it was made from solid steel. The feeling when it is inserted and you stand up, is special, like gravity alone is trying to pull it out. It is also large enough and that, combined with the weight makes it fun - but often impractical to wear. Sounds like fun. My ~1.25 lb njoy PurePlug 2.0 is heavy enough that when I'm standing or kneeling it feels like I need to squeeze a bit to keep it inside.
