@moliere I have 5m long rope. Very soft designed for lighter bondage. First thing to do is always get emergency tool, in my case kitchen knife (rounded up on the end with small spikes for cutting bread). I tested this knife first and it can shred this rope without problems. Then I get my phone and set timer for 15 minutes, thats the time that I have to tie myself (I'll get back to this later).
In the shover I have the solid pole, not unattachable from the wall. I tie my ankle to the pole by making not tightening loop on my ankle going to the pole and back to the loop. Continue with the same loose end (the only remaining BTW) going around part of rope that connects ankle and pole by making lots and lots of simple overhand knots. Important part is to start tightening near to ankle (not the pole) to make slipping ankle out of it impossible.
This rope is sooft and when you tighten in with even medium force, time needed to untangle it is lets say 1,5 times longer that to tie this. You can adjust the strength, and differ directions of overhand knots (it will make untying even more time consuming). When my timer says it have passed 15 minutes I am usually about to use all of rope. From experience I know untying will take al least 15*1,4 (about 21 min).
In my case it's time to administer an enema. Usually I wait til I feel urgent and then start untying. Sometimes I start doing this after specified time (psyhological and physical bondage together are the best).
As you can see, this bondage isn't so restrictive. But one is for sure, you are unable to get to the toilet so quickly.
Remember always ensure that you have your emergency way of escaping (toll capable of cutting rope - test it on exact piece of rope) before you start to tie up. There is also one additional thing you can do to make untying more difficult - after tying rope make it wet.
Not suitable for people with lont fingernails [you dont want your beutifull nails destroyed Ladies 😃 ]
If there will be somebody willing to try this method out and share their's experience I would be happy to read.
