I was in one of my nuttier moods last night and fantasized about taking cold water enemas.
First I took three cleansing enemas at about body temperature to clean me out. Then I let the cold tap water run until it was cold and filled my six quart jug. I use an aquarium thermometer to monitor the temperature. It was about 52.5°F (around 11.4°C). I greased up my anus and KP-2 Klystra nozzle with Crisco. Then inserted my Klystra nozzle in my butt, knelt face down in the tub and released the enema.
WOW! Way too cold! Cramps and pain! I could only suffer through about two quarts before I needed to stop. Then I expelled for about 20 minutes.
I decided to do a second cold water enema. This time I used water about 72.5°F (about 22.5°C.) Once again I greased up my anus and KP-2 Klystra nozzle with Crisco. Then inserted my nozzle in my butt, knelt face down in the tub and released the enema.
This was still very cold, but more tolerable. I managed to take five of the six quarts before it became too unbearable. Lots of cramps and pain. Also discovered that my body seems to retain cold water longer and it takes longer to expel.
Afterwards, I was cold! I can't find my human thermometer so I can't report my temperature, but I was cold and shivering. I covered up, turned on the heat and drank some warn chicken noodle soup. Also drank a cold beer.
I will have to experiment with this more in the future. I know that I can habituate to hot enemas by starting with warm and increasing the temperature with each successive enema. I will have to try starting with warm and decreasing the temperature with each successive enema to see if I can habituate to cold.
Anybody else nutty enough to try this? If you are into cramps I guarantee that cold water will give you cramps.
