Writing it in a letter

I have been struggling again lately with my desire to wear and have now had thoughts of including the ab side of things. I mentioned this to my wife a few years ago, and did not get a good response.(see my previous posts) but I am now thinking about being the subject up again. I have been having deep episodes depression lately and I always turn my ideas back to abdl . My question is what are your thoughts putting it in a note to try and bring this up again?
