If it could only be one for the rest of my life, I would probably go with the Abena X-Plus, largely because it is a high-absorbency diaper, thick, and practical for me. Otherwise, I would go with most any other high capacity premium diaper.
As others have said to pick just one, I would have to pick so that I am covered for wetting the bed. That said the new favorite is the Rearz Inspire+ Incontrol night time. They keep the bed dry when I am not. Most others seem to run down the side and leak out the back, I sleep on my back a lot.So although these are thick for might use they would be best if I could onot have one to choose from.
I'd wear ABU LittlePawz. They have the best versions of all the features I like and the most of what I need.
Wow, this is a hard question! ?I’d say the Tena Slip Maxi Ative-Fit.A diaper to wear to every occasion and discrete enough to wear outside. When wet thick enough to feel the diaper. But still .......... hard choice.Spike
Now it would be a Tena slip maxi in medium size ?Second choice would be the "OLD" design of I D Expert maxi medium plastic backed slip.My preference is always for plastic backed but they are or can be difficult to obtain ?
I do have to wear round the clock normally my day diaper is a little different from my night but limited to one Angelfluff high rise super heavy weight nite diaper with velcro triple boosted , with rubber extra long rubberbloomers ,and a long sleeve long long, leg boat boat neck onesie, that's my normal everyday night wear ,so adjusting to it for daywear would be easy .My medication either works great or not at all , so I can be totally sedated and sleep 20 hours or not sleep at all either way , i have never exceeded my containment or control provided by this congiguration, although as an IC person i feel very strongly if i rely on diapers , anything i sit or sleep in will have diapers of there own as a backup . The only time my protection has failed and my backup protection came into play was when I slept round the clock and emptied my bowels like four times , but i doubt any diaper that could totaly contain a mess like that, especialy becacause I don't spend a lot off time in one position the pain and pressure build up so I flop aroun
For me it would have to be terry nappies and plastic pants as i think they work best and give me that baby feel
For me without a doubt, it would be flat cloth diapers and plastic pants. they are so comfortable even when they are wet.
My choice at the moment would be TENA Flex Plus. I’m still figuring out the most suitable absorbency so Super or Maxi maybe the one. However, I feel I still need more dry runs with other brands, or rather wet runs !!!
After much searching and comparing of the various "top" brands of disposable diapers, I have chosen the "Rearz Inspire+ InControl Super Absorbent Adult Diapers*" as the best for my needs for both comfort and absorbency and they are plastic-backed. Rearz plastic pants are also available for comfort and long durability. A shapeware "panty" will easily conceal the outline and bulk of the diaper under normal clothing.I had previously worn cotton diapers for many years without realizing the comfort and added convenience of the disposable type, especially the top end brands of the latter. With the cotton diapers, I could never conceal the added bulk when worn under clothing, particularly at the sides, and had to wear a larger pant size than what was normal for me, increasing the size and cost of my wardrobe.*Rearz products can be viewed at www.healthwick.com (U.S.) and www.healthwick.ca (Canada). Type "rearz" in the search box.
