It could of been taped for medical school training. it is true that patients in france rarely get gowns as i have asked women from france both in medical fetish sites and other places and they were not saying that to turn me on. have heard that is often the case in germany and australia too. if in those places then i wonder about the rest of europe
If this were a training video for medical school, then the camera should really not have been set up crooked. And then i wonder why such care was taken to keep the doctor's head and face out of the video? For a medical school training vid, I'd think a camera on a tripod to be the very least in professionalism. Training videos that I've seen so far usually have someone explaining procedures both during the procedure - a voice over say or the doctor himself explaining as he goes along. Or else someone giving an introductory explanation.
Also notice the very bad sound at the beginning. Something is said, but it is not understandable - this is typical of video recordings made with modern digital cameras where vid recording is an included option, but not the main purpose of the device. Also note the very distinct wobbling noise throughout. Not really professional for a training video.
Be wary of the responses you get on medfet sites and chat-rooms. People will say and tell of the most outlandish experiences they have said to have had. Those kind of tales are often just part of the fun to be had in a chat session, a fantasy exchange or play-acting for fun or out of arousal. Some people also have fun leading others on to believe in something rather unusual or outrageous. This happens in real life too, at the office, among co-workers. People love to tell (and hear!) tall tales.
I've encountered enough people on chat-rooms with exaggerated stories. They often like to pile on the implausibilities or start out with an unlikely premise. Nothing wrong with that as such chat-rooms and some sites are purposely run for just such (fantasy) purposes. But don't confuse it with reality. Zity is the one medfet site so far where a member can get good sound, realistic advice and explanations along with lots of fun fantasy possibilities as well. But the medical professionals here will not let you forget the differences between the two.
As for gowns in France and elsewhere. Yes, you're right that gowns are not standard at all. That seems to be a typical American medical affectation. But - that does not therefore lead to the conclusion that patients are always completely naked either. It will all depend on the type of exam being performed. Most likely only the necessary garments will be removed - to save time and also modesty. Because for the last - modesty - remember that as a country, just as other countries, France is not a homogeneous area where people all have the same moral, social and personal customs and attitudes. Urban dwellers might be less modest regarding nudity than rural inhabitants, upper class the same versus working class, people from the Nord maybe also less modest than a typical inhabitant of the Languedoc, Catholics more modest than a secular Frenchman and so on and on, with countless variations and permutations.
There is the typical situation where people will be bathing topless on a Med beach while say some 20kms inland, villagers would condemn the practice as immoral and never be caught dead doing so. And - to bring this back to medical nudity - local doctors will have to take account of such difference of attitudes regarding nudity.
