Have you ever been diapered in hospital?

Ya diapered in a hospital.... I will go diapered next time just for the fun... If they ask I will say that I wear them all the time and its been about a year sence I've use a toilet and see what they say about that...

Twice. Once when I was eight and disposables weren't even heatrd of,I was seriously ill had to go to the hospital, I was eventualy got the Measles and was ordered to stay in my hospital bed and when I was caught out of my bed to go to the toilet the nurse told me that since I wouldn't stay in bed I would have a baby harness put on me to make stay and I was also going to have to wear cloth diapers and plastic pants. They put the baby harness on me with me kicking and fighting them all the way but one the harness was on I gave up fighting and let them lift my legs up shove a thick cloth diaper under me. powder me then struggle to pul the plastic panties on over the and diapers and after teasing and laughter left me alone to cry and kick and stuggle with my plastic panties.

The other time was a little later that year when I was caught after several times hiding and wearing plastic panties in which I both peed in and pooped in by my mothers and she had me see a psychiatrist and he admitted me to phsyc ward. While there once a week you were given a dollar and taken on a shopping trip to Woolworth's,during which I bought four pairs of large plastic baby pants(I was really small for my age) and took them back to the ward. As soon as I got back I rushed to pull one of the plastic panties on and one one the nurses walked by and saw me and said the babies wear diapers under plastic panties, to which I said that I didn't have any. "then we'll have to find some." and took me along as she asked some of the other nurses if they could find her some diapers to put on under this sissy baby's plastic panties. The other nurses just either frowned or laughed and got sever cloth diapers and pins. The the nurse that was holding my hand so that I wouldn't get away said,"Alright,you sissy baby,let's get your diapers on under those silly plastic panties." She pinned the cloth diapers on tightly and slowly puled and tugged the plastic pants up my legs and over my diapers and said that I could walk around the ward like that and if the other kids laughed and teased me that it was what I wanted by buying and wearing those baby plastic panties. So wore them the whole day even wetting and messing them. When it came time to be changed anyone of the nurses would ask me in baby talk like a 2 year old if I made pee pee or ca ca in my diaper and would pull out the back of my plastic pants in front of both the other kids and nurses and tell me that I should be ashamed of myself wearing diapers and stupid sissy plastic panties like disgusting little baby and that I pooped and peed in them just like a stinky little baby as she dragged me back to me room and changed my diapers and I wore diapers and my plastic panties(including all four pair in the same day) for the six months that I was there. When it came time to leave the doctor just told my parents that there was nothing they could do about my want to be a baby and wearing diapers and/or plastic pants. All that he recommended was to keep ripping up my plastic pants whenever they found them and maybe that would make stop. Of course it didn't, it just made want to

be a baby even harder

They diaper adult all the time if they are incontinent or they may not be permitted to get out of their bed, but yes I've heard ,not seen other patients getting a diaper change in the next bed or several beds away while I was in the hospital for chronic bronchitis.

I work in the hospital all the time, and honestly I don't see a lot of younger people in diapers that don't have MS or something seriously wrong. I think saying you are a bedwetter is the best way to go. 😃

No but I am going to try to be diapered as apposed to cauterised, this is because I have 2 operations planned 1 to get rid of my wisdom teeth on the left side of my face and although I may not be in hospital for that if I have to be admitted to because of complications then yes I will ask the nurse to have me in diapers due to my weak bladder.

And the other to sort out a congenital problem with my feet mainly my toes as they need shortening and again I will ask them in private if I can be diapered for the procedure as I don't want to cause an embarrassing situations for the surgeon who will be operating on my body.

I’m incontinent. I have had both procedures done. With my wisdom teeth, and all four were impacted and removed, it was done in the dentist office.

I had a bunion removed and one toe shortened at a surgical center. In both cases I informed the doctor I was incontinent and in a diaper. It was noted and no changes made.

The only time I was in a diaper in the hospital was when I was first wounded and discharged from the military.

The next time was when I had a heart attack and later coronary by-pass surgery. I was admitted in a diaper and immediately catheterized. This made it a lot easier on the nurses.

No I haven't been, at least not since I was a baby in arms 36 years ago, although I am due in hospital for a major operation on my feet this November or December and will ask/request to be put in diapers as I don't know what my body will do when It reacts to the anaesthetic gas as the last time I had major surgery was in 1993 for a minor health defect/complaint.

And yes although the surgery is only going to take 1-2 hrs maximum and during this time I would rather wear a diaper then a catheter if I am given the choice as at least in that way I will archive two goals 1. I won't have any embarrassing accidents whilst in the operating theatre.

And 2. I won't have to go through too much unnecessary discomfort afterwards during my recovery which I scheduled to take up to 6-8 weeks and will involve me being immobile for that length of time.

Hopefully if all goes well for me I should have a much better quality of life after my operation as I will be able to walk properly for the first time in my life as I wont be in constant pain after this operation.

I had major belly surgery last month and was VERY weak and sore afterwards. The nurses didn't have any problem diapering me (I'm diapered 24/7 normally) and actually were very impressed by the quality of the AB Universe Space and Lil' Pawz diapers I took in, as hospital diapers SUCK! They were amazed at the thickness and the absorbency, and thought the prints were "cute!"

I helped as much as possible, as lifting my belly didn't really hurt, but they did all removal, washing, and replacing of my diapers for the 6 days I was in the hospital. Nobody gave me any grief over changing my diapers!

In addition I explained to my nurses that I snore so loudly that I actually waken myself due to the racket. (ABSOLUTELY TRUE!!) I told them that I sleep much better with my adult-size pacifier (I use one of the silicone "NUK 6" type) I told them I had one with me and would like to use it to sleep better. None of them had any problem with my use of it, so I sucked it any time I was trying to sleep. I wasn't snoring and I got to maintain my binky use!

I know I will have to wait a long time for a reason that I will be admitted to the hospital for something, but a fantasy of mine is being diapered while at the hospital, being changed by medical staff, and also walking in the halls of the hospital in a gown, with the back open enough that my diaper can be seen.

I damned near died, two and a half years ago. I was dehydrated, and my A1C was astronomical.

Yes, I was admitted with mysterious symptoms of muscle weakness and being not able to stand or do almost everything. Fought the thought and suggestions of diapers and finally gave in. Was admitted to long care facility and had to be put in diapers. Being sick and also harboring feelings of fetish thoughts of nurses and aids changing diapers and bathing, I did not really get sexually aroused. It took almost 6 months of this diapering before I was able to wear big boy pants again. The aids and nurses, plus my wife changed my diapers and only once was I able to get somewhat of an erection. I was 4 and was really sick in the hospital. I had the pneumonia and tonsilitis. My parents told them about my inability to be potty trained so far. After the 6th changing or so without pooping, a nurse came in to give me a suppository. After removing my wet diaper and cleaning me i got a suppository inserted in me and held in for 5 minutes before a dry diaper was put on me. Sometime later she came back to check on results. Unsatisfied with what came out, i was soon given a fleet enema and a bedpan.

I had an out patient surgery, I told the nurse during my pre-op call that I wore ‘diapers’ to bed because recently I had some bed wetting issues,she said they won't be necessary because of how short the procedure was.(4 and 1/2 hours). I went in thinking everything was fine, but the nurse that actually prepared my for my operation said that the centers policy stated that I must be in diapers because they " don't did catheters". ( I was a little disappointed to be completely honest). I told the nurse I didn't have bring any with me, because the other nurse told me they won't be necessary! Sounding somewhat frustrated, she then went and got some and put them on me. I came out of surgery with a different one on.I was awake but very out of it during the procedure

It depends on hospital policy ,I know people all over the US & world ,some hospitals have banned diaper use ,others encourage diapers (the risk of severe patient injury trying to use the bathroom is a huge potential liability that can not be passed onto patient or insurance ,so just like a hospital aquirred infection.from an indwelling catheter aka Foley the hospital has to pat for all medication and care they created the need for

Personal experience I have never been denied a diaper .

In my local hospital calling a diaper a diaper is a firing offense ,all staff are trained in euphemisms and plenty of BS like “Can we get you dry” "are your attends dry enough" etc etc…

As an incontinent adult that makes me crazy ,I consider it my duty to use my verbal judo skills to force everyone to call a diaper a diaper ( sure I am not the diaper user who has a shit fit on administration.for calling it a diaper ,I am more the guy who smiles in satisfaction.when it happens ,and says was that so hard ?and we laugh and nobody knows that they used the D word)

I have a reputation as a reasonable ,calm ,easy going guy who not coincidentally has a secondary reputation as the “ easiest talk” when I lost continence and wet not just the bed but the whole room ,sleeping soundly in a puddle/ slash river of urine in the middle of the night ,they would have to keep me up all night sanitizing the room ,so they changed me to another bed and room. Then a nurse came in with a bariaric diaper and asked if I would mind laying on it bunched up between my legs kinda pointing into it ," I said yes I would mind,why not get me one that fits me and I will wear it ,after what I did to that room ,the least I need is a diaper “ no one ” normally" has that reaction.its usually a process of introducing exposure , time & convincing ,I skipped all that and went straight to thats reasonable and practical if you have one that I can wear .

In 28 + years I have never been denied a diaper ,I have had nurses not understand what Incontinrnt diaper dependent in my chart means ,I was being admitted to the gi floor to have endoscopy and colonoscopy ,therefore the dreaded prrep.started and nurse brought a commode “ that won't help Mam unless you put me on it and leave me there with a few seat belts,she didn't get a clue from the diapers i wore.the medical records,., the fact that I was a high function quadriplegic, and they used a hoyer lift to get me in and out of bed ,of course leave it to me to have the damn doctors when they finally go sight seeing call my esophagus and colons” tortured" ,damn sightseer's .

That prep didn't go well, in order to get a view of a majority of colon it took drinking prep 4 days and nights continously ( poop volcano ) cheap hospital diapers meant everything got destroyed by watery shit covering and I was changed roughly 15 times an hour ,by the time they got me cleaned up.,diaper changed new blankets and bedding ,you guessed it ,time to change because It just got filled again.

On planned needed hospital stays manybtimes I will be admitted with a case of diapers from home .for my comfort protection and making the staffs life easier.

So your fantasy is my reality ,I have been changed 1000's of times by nurses ,aides,friends and family .

Honestly its an overated fantasy.because the reality is disappointing whereas the fantasy can always remain stimulating.and pleasurable ,until its been done and it will never be the same.

In many hospitals that haven't banned diapers ,you can ask for diapers during admission or when you get to the floor.then they never have to worry about your ability to ambulate safely or in time to not do your own “urban renewal, redecorating the floor ” .

If you really want that fantasy of your list just ask .
