For all the 24/7 diaper wearers, old question?

I'm not sure how to answer this. I wear for fun; but, I've been wearing long enough that I've found certain things that will trigger me to now WANT to leak. It's kind of like when I smoked cigarettes, I would always light one up as soon as I got in my car. There are certain things I do and I get an immediate urge to pee. I accommodate that urge and release a small amount of pee. I can then hold the rest. There are a few times I will have urge incontinence; but, not very often.
