I had a female doctor from India during HS. She was through, and whenever i was there, whether it was sports physical, cold, or skin issues from wrestling, I always ended up in my birthday suit. Reason was that since I was wrestling she wanted to make sure that there were no skin issues that can spread to others. Now I think that was part of the reason as my classmate, who was a soccer player, also told me that he always ended up in his birthday suit. I remember for some of the physicals, I kept my briefs on, but as she asked me how I was and how I was doing in school, I was always told to take off my underwear.
She was on the older side, but now I reflect on it, maybe she was using the opportunity to see a fit athletic male in the buff.... She was very caring, and she wasn't inappropriate by any means. She always asked if I was too cold/hot and explained every part of the examination. I do remember thinking, what if that door opens and someone walks in.... especially when I had to walk back and forth in the exam room as she was checking my gait and posture.
My sister at the time told me that for her physical, she was in her undergarments and gown with the same doctor.
I remember being very embarassed back then, but now the care I had with her is burned into my memory.
