BS squad? C'mon, that's not very charitable. There are lots of members here who take things seriously, certainly in regards to what is true or not. Many members are telling very private aspects of their life and experiences, of their wishes and desires and that is not always a fantasy. Much of it is quite real and often not even known to their own spouses, friends or SO's..
On another thread the question was asked how to tell if enema stories are real or not and a good reply was to compare them to your own experiences. Of course if you're relatively inexperienced there won't be much to go by, but normally it's pretty obvious to figure out what is real or not.
Besides, rest assured that with so many members here, there will always be someone with a similar experience to back up other member's accounts and stories, or else be ready to call them out on inconsistencies or unbelievable aspects. Ages and timelines appear to be checked fairly closely and anyone getting those mixed up with fantasy and reality will usually be shown the inconsistencies.
On a personal note I don't take much interest in fantasy stories. I've enough of my own private fantasies to last me till the end of my days, some of them initiated by true accounts I've read about here ... ha ha. It's the real things that I like reading about. Mainly so that I can compare how little I've actually experienced in real life myself. And to adjust my expectations of what be possible.
And maybe you haven't noticed, but there are also many quite normal discussions here as well. Not about sex or medical fantasies, but about how some of these things in a roundabout and indirect way affect life in general or how society or the law has developed in regards to acceptance of all kinds of social norms, mores and customs, some having to do with sex and medfet, others just general social discussions. There is lots of interesting meandering going on here on the site.
