Age Of First Recto-Vaginal Exam?

I was 14 when I told my doctor I was sexually active so it was the first time she examined my bottom internally and thoroughly. I hadn't told her I was having anal sex but I got a referral to a gynecologist and a week later I was in a gyn chair being examined even more thoroughly, vaginally, vagino-rectally and rectally. I still go to both of those doctors.

Wife says rectal exam was routine part of every pelvic exam, but she never experienced a recto-vaginal exam.
