I spent $40 for a 3" diameter Butt Plug a while back. I'll never use it again either. I normally use a 3" diameter Dildo, so my hole is somewhat stretched out already. After walking about 40' with that thing in my ass, it felt like it wasn't there. I felt around and noticed that the stopper part was going inside me! Not good! I had to push a little bit and then grab quickly to pull it back out. If the whole thing has went inside me, it would've taken a doctor to get it back out and I didn't want that at all! Since the stopper part was not big enough to keep it from going inside me, I threw it away. At least now I know more about what I need in a butt plug. I am wearing a home made 3 log glue stick with molded helmet and a saddle near the base ; for comfort and added flat hard plastic button secured in with more hot glue formed around the button base for a nice secure fit. A candle and a heated up glue stick works great together like plastic welding.
