Diane, thank you for the challenge. It was definitely interesting. Yes there was a bit of decline in anticipation, but overall I enjoyed every one. Clock watching was a big part of it, as well as starting the flow at the moment the hour starts. I did that perfectly for a bit but then slacked off. M&M might have been a bit too much, especially to start out with. And I might have discouraged myself after realizing that anything more than 4 quarts is impossible. What volume do you usually do for your enema an hour routine? I read about your big volume day, and that was intense, but what is normal to you? I also felt that 1 hour, minus the intake and retention time is not really enough for the body to work all the water back out, which is why making them progressively larger did not work. Maybe I'll try an enema every 1.5 or even 2 hours, and see what happens.
ProV1, I feel good. Light and refreshed. I don't feel any disruptions to my intestinal fauna or anything, I could go for another adventure right now. I read that enemas actually help the intestine fauna grow stronger. The thing that kills it is the antibiotics, enemas are good for you.
Apollo, lawl indeed. everybody could benefit from a bit more wolf in them.
Everyone else, thanks for the interest, encouragement and support. When I decide to do something like this again, I will keep you posted. Any challenges?
