What is the best plug and size for long term-wear ?

What is your go to plug for long term ware, such as Glass, Steel or Silicone and what is your size of choice?

As for my self I started out wearing a Iridescent Blue CD, Medium by doc Johnson. At that time I would only wear it for fun in the bedroom until it started falling out. I was thinking that over time I could adjust to it . NOT ! My wife and I was looking on line one day and found the njoy pure plug's and decided to order one. Since my Jiuai is 4.5 CM and the njoy large is 38 MM that would be a win- win for me. Now I am not sure since I can not wear it more then four days at a time.

I have never been able to wear a plug for an extended period of time. The urge to excrete it is always with me. I find that I have to consciously clench to hold the plug in place. The moment I don't it comes flying out. I suppose I could find away to keep it in place but I have not done enough research to determine how to do it.

My plug for long term wear is a plug that fits comfortably inside of me. Generally made of silicone which is impervious to petroleum based lubricants, and virtually indestructible. And of a length that isn't so long as the tip of the plug hits against the sigmoid bend in the large intestine.

I've only had it for less than a month, but I love my glass plug from Lucious Playthings. I got it on etsy. Its a large rosebud that's curved with a ball on the end. The ball is unbelievably comfy, especially to sit on. I was about to buy one with a tee handle but decided on the ball instead. The plug end is large enough that it takes me a minute to adjust to get it in. But it sure as hell isn't coming out on its own. I wore it 6 hours the first time I used it. Those flat flange rosebud plugs just weren't comfy for me to use. The edge of the flange always had my cheeks sore. This doesn't happen with the ball.

The plug showed from the link you posted is not shaped for a long term wearing, it is shaped like a soft stretching toy.

A rosebud is a long term wearing plug, look at his specific shape there is a large base to avoid any inside sliding, the neck (were the anus clamped) is thin and the inside part is large so it is easy to hold it inside your rectum

@ arthur, Thank you. I found that out the hard way, lol. That is why I ordered the njoy pure plug large but now not sure if I got the right size. it feels awesome but can only wear it for four days in a row around the clock. My goal is to be plugged 24/7 all year round. Out of all the butt plugs that my wife and I have and trust me there is a lot The njoy is the best. But yet it still making me some what sore.

This type plug can be used for enema's. There are some people in this world as crazy as may sound will take a laxative every night and then in the morning take a enema to rise everything out, with out removing the plug. These plugs start in size 1 1/4" up to 8" in circumference.

Therefore as long as i keep the steam small I should be fine. I do not in any way wish to stretch my anus.

For long term wear, like going out shopping or eating out, I wear a medium size silicone butt plug that provides a tight fit and designed not to have tendency to slip out. It takes a bit to get the butt plug in, but once in place you can only get it out by firmly pulling it out. I find it comfortable and can be tolerated for hours at a time. I have one similar to your plug arthur. The plug feels really secure, and I can wear it for a long time without it slipping out of me. It's a bit har to insert (for me), but once in it stays in place almost no matter what I do.

The large one is a joy. I remember when I started out with these, I have all three sizes, I could not get the small one in at first. Now I can insert the large one with ease. At first it is hard to insert these, but once you find a way to get started then it will go easy. My favorite one--I have it in right now-- is the Prism Devi Anal Glass Plug. It has a head diameter of about 1-3/4" and a shaft diameter of about 1/2". This means once it is in, it will not come out by itself. The pointed head makes for easier insertion than a ball. I always lube my hole with hand lotion, not water-soluable like KY, and may lube the plug, too.

It takes a bit of practice to put it in, but it helps to push against it. The ring shaped handle makes it easier to insert and take out and is more comfortable than a flange. At any rate, once it is in, I can wear it for hours at a time during the day or all night, or both. I do have to take it out from time to time to relieve my bowel. I have never tried wearing it for days at a time, however.

I have all of the Njoy pure plugs (stainless steel) and would have to say they are my favorite. I use either the small or medium for longer term wear, as the larger one tend to give me sensory overload of sorts after a while, but the small and medium remain comfortable and enjoyable.

I've got a plug of a very similar design to the original post, and it's great for long-term wear, but a little small. I have two plugs that I'm able to retain while doing activities - the others required monitoring to keep from losing them.

The two I can wear - one is pure silicone and the other is glass. So far the glass one is winning out as the best for longer wear time. The silicone one seems to "cling" to my sphincter and no longer move freely - despite generous lubrication during insertion. The glass one seems to adjust better to different positions.

I can recommend glass, special borsilicate only, as it doesn't absorb bacteria and irritate. just put a little water-based lubricant around the base before going out.This one looks the business:

For long term wear, I like something a little softer and made of silicone. The best long term plug I have is the large Tantus Ace. It stays put really, really well but the base is a little large and thick. Hard to find the perfect long term plug.

I have a variety of plugs in different sizes and use them almost daily. The most comfortable one for long term use would be the Renegade XL plug. Maximum width is 3" but the neck is small and just the right length. The base is comfortable and large enough to not worry about losing it, too.
