I guess I could say, "I've been very lucky, findind women to be mommies"
Most of the women I've found have either been nurses, or worked in the medical profession. CNA's, MA's, LPN's and RN's deal with diapers usually on a daily basis, from Pediatrics to Geriatrics.
Most enjoy being able to play with their "toys" as they call them at change time. When you work in a hospital or nursing home and find a patient with very nice toys, they can't play with them, they have to be professional, but if they have an adult baby or diaper lover, they get the best of both worlds.
Also, most don't mind wet or messy bABy's and diapers, since they're used to dealing with that TOO.
I have even heard of people putting ads in local papers to hire caregivers and being honest, but paying well, like $10.00 an hour for four hours of work a way, morning, afternoon and evening changes and feedings and since most CNA's and MA's don't make much over minimum wage, they accept, and spell out what they will and won't do !!
