When she was growing up, my younger daughter, now in her mid 20s, was not a happy camper even at my suggestion of an enema. I rarely gave enemas, anyway, to my two dds and only as a last resort if they were sick. Younger dd is on her own sharing an apt with a girlfriend from college. Yesterday she called and said that she had been sick for three days. Then she dropped a surprise. "I took an enema. I'm worlds better." Turns out that one day she was online and decided to purchase a fountain syringe on Amazon. That's the last thing I thought she would buy for herself! She then told me that she knew how enemas helped me when I was ill and when my insides were "acting up." Quite a mother- daughter surprise conversation!
