Gyno diagnoses

A question for ladies (to make it clear, i don't consider illnesses sexy, just the process of being nude and examined with cold metal instruments) - did you have some gyno conditions, or do you have know?

me myself, I've been diagnosed with pcos 2 weeks ago and with hpv infection-cin 2 and gardnerella vaginalis almost a year from now. Now on my last colposcopy and pap turned out there was no virus anymore, yaay .

and further, how do you treat your conditions? It would also be helpful if we could discuss treatments here, share advices etc. I've completely changed my diet in order to cure pcos, I eat strictly vegan meals, plus birth control pills, which are elligedly the only solution :S
