I had a liver problem some years ago. My feet were swollen so bad I was almost crying. The agony never stopped. I lay in bed with my feet propped up against the wall.
I made an appointment at the VA and on examination, they told me that my liver enzyme and protein numbers were practically off the scale. If I didn't make a major lifestyle change soon, I could expect to be looking at liver cancer. In short, I was drinking myself to death. The VA gave me some little white pills and they did nothing that I could tell. I remembered reading about coffee enemas and their effectiveness at detoxifying the liver. Since I enjoy a warm enema anyway, I decided to try one. That was a real game changer.
All I did was brew a normal pot of coffee and let cool. I don't use an enema bag as it is too difficult to sterilize. I used an enamel pot. I took my first coffee enema very slowly, start-stop, a little at a time and kept it for the required fifteen minutes. An enema can can be sterilized very easily so during the retention, any pressure buildup would be handled by the open tube. Sterilization is done with hot soap and water and hydrogen peroxide.
When it was all over, I sat down on my sofa and enjoyed a tingling sensation throughout my entire body. A buzzing sensation I guess you might call it. I can't really believe this, but I felt absolutely wonderful. My feet were still swollen but they didn't hurt. After a coffee enema each day for a week, the swelling in my feet was gone and I was left with a feeling of complete relaxation, that buzzing sensation and a feeling of incredibly good health. Those effects lasted all day.
I have been enjoying a daily coffee enema ever since. All my blood work and checkups have been right on the mark and, GET THIS, I have not had a cold or flu for so many years now I don't remember what a cold feels like. But I can guess.
Anyway, I am a regular enema user. I enjoy a warm coffee enema each and every day. I have discovered coffee retention enema plugs that are very comfortable. They make you feel like you should SQUEEZE them all the time, it feels so good. These plugs are made of Delrin and can be found on the internet. One is white and is an inch and a quarter at the tip, the other is black and one inch and a half diameter. The white one I call "Blondie" and the black one is "Maxx". The design is that of a baseball bat, broadest at the tip, narrower at the shank. When you squeeze you actually pull the enema plug further into you. You can't spit it out no matter how hard you try.
Thank you for allowing me this space to share.
