Nipple discharge

A few questions for the folks who get their breasts examined...

How light/hard does the doctor/nurse squeeze your nipples?

Have you ever had discharge?

Do they ever take a specimen and how do they do that?

Hard to describe, but I guess "medium", it's firm with some pressure but gentle and not too hard. No, I've never had any discharge.
