I bought the device for someone else, to deal with her incontinence issues. Her problem that she gets the urge to "go" in unexpected times. I looked for a solution for her which won't involve much of a mess and would be practical for travel. I believe I found the thing.
The BCD826 is an enema device. It's basically a jug that can take about 1 litre (32 oz) of water, although the marking on it go only up to 700ml or 24 oz. A hose connector comes out of the bottom part. On top the cap screws in and seals around the opening while two small holes allow air to go in. A pump powered by 2 AA batteries is integrated in the cap to create air pressure above the water, which in turn creates a pressure in the hose. Final control of the water pressure in the nozzle is achieved by a roller clamp.
Pros:
1. Operating the device is very easy. Connect hose, shut clamp, fill water, close cap, bleed air from hose, insert nozzle, turn pump on, release clamp - easy
2. Positive pressure prevents back-flow, the whole thing is pretty hygenic
3. Very fast. The entire container goes in at considerable pressure when the clamp is open all the way
4. Small and inconspicuous enough to travel with
Cons:
1. Because the whole thing is pretty fast, the enema is very noticeable and pressure builds up quickly.
2. Nozzle is pretty small on the stock hoses that come with the device (about 4.5cm)
3. Hose is pretty thin and prone to kinks
4. If you don't stop in time by clamping and the water runs out - you'd have air in your bowels
5. A bit on the expensive side
6. All of the manuals are in Chinese
Considering the cons, it's still a pretty nifty device. It's not meant for long sessions of retaining a solution (although described as used for coffee enema) but rather as a very effective quick constipation cure / clean up and as such it definitely delivers. It is an extremely mess free way to have a nice quick douching. The quantity feels substantial enough to make me enjoy it. You could potentially use the roller clamp to restrict flow further and have a slower enema. A bit of ingenuity can get a better hose connected.
I got mine at Aliexpress, at the following links:

The device comes without any hoses and you want one of those. They come in lots of 20 though and considered disposable (although I don't see any problem reusing if it's the same person and it had a decent wash).
I am not getting any referral or kick-back or anything of the sort for posting this review and I paid the full price for it.
