Does your doctor's office have windows in the exam room and could someone see you from outside?
I had that experience a few times, but don't know that anyone saw me from outside. Most of the exam rooms that I have been in for a physical have been interior rooms with no windows at all because they were in office buildings. There were those few times when I remember thinking that it was strange to be undressed in an exam room that had windows and no drapes or blinds. In both places, the exam room was not on the ground floor. Once it was on the upper floor of a large building so the chances of someone seeing in were nothing. But I had several annual physicals in another exam room where the doctor's office was only on the second or third floor of a building and there was a sidewalk and other buildings across the street that made me wonder. The glass didn't look tinted so someone with the right angle might have been able to see in but probably wouldn't have seen much from the street or another building. The sink was next to the window and the doctor offered me a chance to wash my hands once after I had wiped after the rectal. I was standing at the sink in my briefs and realized that I was really close to the window. That was the only time that a doctor ever suggested that I wash hands afterwards and I didn't want to dress until I did it. I just pulled my briefs back up and washed my hands. Someone might have gotten a glimpse from outside but it wouldn't have been much. At that angle, the view was probably just a guy without a shirt washing his hands next to the window.
