Have you ever wondered where the commercial source of Iodine comes from? Seawater and kelp. So guess what sea salt contains? The human body needs a certain amount of iodine, it would normally come from natural sources, food, but depending upon where the food is obtained, it may not have sufficient iodine that the body needs, that's why it is added to refined table salt, and if you don't want the iodine, you can also buy table salt in the grocery store without it.
I don't know for a fact, but I believe that salt from the Salt Lake City (Great Salt Lake) area has little or no iodine. Iodine is an element. I believe that most of the salts in the ocean, and there are many kinds of salts, originated on land and were washed into the sea, but I can't say anything quantitative about that.
My girlfriend took an enema one night, didn't completely empty herself, oops, had to clean the bed sheets. I've never had that happen, been lucky I guess. Even had wine enemas in the evening, never lost any of it, but the volumes were low, probably only a cup of diluted wine. Sex was always more fun afterwards, and I slept well.
