I've had 'ordinary' male and female doctors look after me through my life, and would never visit one if I was not really ill or had what I thought was a problem or sickness. My first doctor was my mother's family doctor, who had no time for anyone and kept looking at his watch when you were talking to him. For me, very unattractive. When old enough, I changed doctor straightaway.
I've since changed surgeries/doctors a couple of times due to moving house/job location etc..
I'm very lucky to now have a male doctor that I find attractive, so in a strange way, I enjoy my infrequent visits to him.
I would certainly be very happy to meet him socially if our circumstances were different, but as things are, it would be very unprofessional and ill advised to do so for both of us.
I would never make up false synptoms or reasons to waste his or any doctors' time, because they are professional people and their time is precious and valuable.
When I see him, it is because I am really sick etc.
Having said that, I am happy to be in his surgery when ill!
