I can't really remember how, where or when I first discovered that people take enemas for fun and sexual pleasure. But I know that I had always found the idea of enemas very arousing. One summer, when I was about 19 or 20, I had my grandmother's house all to myself for 2 weeks, while she and other family members went on a road trip.
Immediately I realized that the opportunity of a lifetime was in front of me. I ordered a clear, plastic EZ-EM enema bag, with the red Snap Cap, and a white, translucent 'barium nozzle' from Beth Tyler's website. I did not hesitate to pay a little extra for expedited delivery! The package arrived in a couple of days.
I should say here that I had read tons of enema stories, viewed the odd video or two, and had spent probably hundreds of hours learning about every facet of 'fun enemas' that I could find on the internet.
My first self-administered enema did not live up to the ambrosial experience I had built up in my imagination. I used tepid tap water, let the water run in with the clamp wide open, and tried to hold the bag too high. It was very frustrating to me that my body refused to take even 500 MLs, when I regularly read stories of 3 and 4 quart enemas. I wondered what all the fuss was about, and how anybody could find enemas to be fun or arousing.
For people who are just beginning to experiment with enemas, I want to assure you that enemas really can be exquisitely pleasurable. Of course, you can make them challenging, painful and punishing, if that's what you're looking for.
But I wanted a pleasurable enema. It took me about a year of experimenting with different administration techniques to find my ideal procedure. As the two weeks alone at my grandmother's house came to an end, I decided to roll up my enema bag, and take it back home with me in my backpack. I kept it hidden in my closet. I'd take it out and play when my mom wasn't home.
So here is my ideal enema. If I'm solely looking for fun and stimulation, then I prepare a solution of about 750 MLs. I use 100 degree F water, with a little baking soda mixed in. I find isotonic solutions the easiest for me to hold. Plain tap water causes me to have a lot of cramps. I choose not to use soap, as I don't think it is good for the sensitive tissues of the bowel. Although many people purge the air from the line, I do not. I like there to be a barrier of air that the enema solution drips through.
I take my prepared enema, and some thick towels back to my bedroom. I lay down on my bed. I lay on my back, with my hips elevated on a pillow, that is protected with towels. I grease the nozzle with petroleum jelly, and insert it fully. I start taking some slow, deep breaths, and ever so slightly open the sliding clamp. I take my enemas very slowly. Almost a drip at a time. Sometimes I'll let the solution run in at about half-speed for just a minute, and then close the clamp almost all the way. Luxurious, and so arousing for me!
