Enemas when traveling abroad

Where can we have enemas when travelling abroad ? There are countries where visiting RN still administer enemas on more or less regular occasions, possibly asking only if it IS following a prescription -and do not often ask for the prescription to be shown.

When you are a foreign visitor it even can be easier (foreign language can help in such a case...).

Countries of latin culture are more accustomed to it that anglo saxon, but I also happened to be succesful in a typically english place such as singapore;

could we list such countries ?

As far as I know, it is mostly accepted in various european (eastern or western) and african countries, south spanish america (Argentina).

Has anyone somme successul records ?

I have never been succesful getting an enema given, but it has always been a chalenge to see if I could buy equipment. I have found equipment in Japan, China, Germany, and Sweden.
