Before I start, I'm male but was born female. Unfortunately I still have to have these exams until they're removed.
My first proper breast exam was when I went to my first gyno exam, aged about 18. I'd been reading about exams on the Internet for years so knew what to expect, but it becoming a reality made me nervous. I was a fully developed D cup.
I was in a gown that had gradually been lowered as she did her thing with the stethoscope. She then explained to me that she was about to do a breast exam, and that it might feel uncomfortable but it was important to make sure I was healthy.
She dropped the gown to my waist and asked me to out my arms in various positions like on my hips and above my head. While I was doing that she also asked me if I'd had any problems with my breasts and I confirmes I didn't.
She then started feeling along the collar bone and under my right arm before working in circles toward my nipple. She repeated that a few times, going deeper and pressing my nipple on the final one. Repeated it on the other side then when I was lying on my back, with a hand behind my head and at my side.
I hate that I've got such large breasts and this was really he first time anyone has seen them ( I'd had sex, but they were covered). It probably only took a couple of minutes but felt much longer. Although I don't like them, being exposed was definitely a turn on.
