Bellyache

The glut of stupid commercials on network TV always puts me to sleep after supper. By 10 PM I was awake with a raging bellyache. Lunch at a local restaurant with a friend was suffering a definite reject. I groaned. When you really need an enema, that's when the prospect of a soapsuds job is least appealing.I dragged my butt into the bathroom and assembled the white can, red rubber hose and black nozzle. A new bar of Ivory provided a real head of suds in the warm tap water. I lubed the enema pipe and got down on my left side. I said out loud,

"This is gonna hurt, Bubba."

It did. I managed to get about 1 3/4 quarts injected before sprinting to the john. I just couldn't take anymore. The relief was immediate. You can't argue with success. It works every time. The discharge was so wretched I decided a second enema was in order. I feel much better. There are no chemical laxatives in this house.
